Roxy15
This recipe is posted below and here is my picture of it. I made it for Thanksgiving to put over cauliflower and broccoli. It is really good! I doubled the recipe and cooked it on low on the crockpot. It was one thing that I wouldn’t have to do later for Thanksgiving dinner. I did add some cayenne pepper on top when I plated it. Velveeta Cheese Sauce: Doubled This! 2 Tablespoons Butter 2 Tablespoons Flour 2 Cups Half-And-Half 3 Cups Cubed Velveeta Cheese Salt & Black Pepper, To Taste It Called For 1Tsp. Sugar, But, I Didn’t Use Any Paprika Or Cayenne For Topping Melt the butter in saucepan, remove from heat. Using a whisk, blend in flour. Return to heat, gradually whisk in the half-and-half cream; bring to a light boil, keep whisking until the mixture is smooth. Add in the cubed Velveeta Cheese and continue to whisk until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Add in the sugar, if using, and salt and pepper; whisk until combined. Pour over veggies just before serving. Sprinkle paprika or cayenne on top. Quote Link to comment

Roxy15
Thx Tony I love to cook and I can make almost anything. There are some recipes that I still would like to make and improve on though. I have tried but, I am very picky and i wasn’t satisfied on how they turned out. Oh well, I love to be challenged lol. It makes life more fun and interesting. I am an Aries and we can be persistent lol. I was more prepared this Thanksgiving and even had time to have a couple of beers before eating that evening. My feet were hurting lol. Oh well it was worth it. Quote Link to comment
