Appears Maffei was focused on ST's in prior gigs, like that we're paying more attention to that area. Looking at McGovern's coaching resume, he has a lot of experience. He's getting up there in age, so he probably wouldn't be interested in the recruiting aspect of being in college coaching. I would think he does this analyst job for a year or two, and then will figure out if he wants to go back into full time coaching in the NFL. 1 Quote Link to comment
