Agreed in hindsight, but he was building the program so I can't fault him for wanting to preserve their redshirts. I also have to wonder how much different the outcome would have been. Probably still get smoked but could've been a 1-2 score loss instead of a whooping. They left after their junior years because of Mike Riley and the defensive guys he brought on. I firmly believe they would have been back for their senior years if Bo and Kaz would have stayed.
