I'm very high on TA, but give RKIII a break. Three weeks ago he saved TA's butt. Such short memories around here. I agree though... It is time, just stick with one already, because as of right now with all the rotations it seems like we are scrambling and desperate to find somehting

I know it comes down to play calling and x's and o's, but it seems everyone calls for the young studs to come in every year and play to get the talent on the field. (Well we got it) To me this is what comes with doing that... you just have to hope for a stop and that they can recover and grow. We literally have no leadership with everyone being so young and a D coordinator who shouldn't be there. We can scream all we want and call for heads, but I don't see the point. I am not happy either but really it isn't going to be a week that fixes things, it is going to be a year of learning...and I've accepted that. In the sixth year to do that it could get interesting, but what else is the head man to do...really?

See this comes from the top. I believe bo has lost interest or is just plain burnt out. I feel for him. I like Bo. He's a good coach. But it's his mess. He put together the rag tag staff of trainees. He chose to shoulder the load of being HC, DC, and teacher to the other coaches. I'd be open to him gutting his staff and staying but in reality he may just need a year off and a new start. Just hope it's not in this conference. To be honest I'd have to agree 100% that Bo has kind of just thrown it in... Kind of like preparing for an exam or an interview. He has put everything that he can into it, but when it comes down to crunch time he just can't cut it. Blame it on staff, or whoever, surrounds Bo and the team, but I feel like he's exhausted all efforts. it's like taking the ACT or SAT three times and getting the same score, but for whatever reason you think the fourth time is going to be an improvemant and different....NO. Think he's a good coach but just everything around him has let him down and that is on him, and time is pretty much up. If change to the staff was going to happen it should have happened a while ago...now it's just a little too late. Kind of sad, because I really did like Bo and his intensity and everything he brought to the table. But in his own words, he executed poorly.

Can't imagine any more Bolievers are out there after today... I've held off judgement but can't anymore... unacceptable
