14 commits on our way to 22 (so they say). I think we're looking for 1 RB, 3 WR, 1 OT, 1 DT, 2 DE, 1 LB, 2 CB and 1 S. We're within one commit of full at each spot except WR and CB. But that's too many guys so some position is going to get shorted. Priority: DB - Our roster isn't in bad shape but we don't have any commits there yet. DE - Weren't too bad before. Now..... RB - Roster in good shape but I'm not sure where we are on these recruits. Speculation we may not take one. WR - Good with the two we have but we're after four and seem to be slipping with our top targets. OT - Obviously need some talented depth here. Pretty different bowl-prep schedule this year. Huskers took nearly two weeks off from actual practice then have 16 practices in 21 days. Not much of a Christmas break.

Gates said he expects Raridon to be the starting Center next year.

Both Chris Jones and Nick Gates have submitted paperwork to receive a draft grade but both say they are only doing it for their own information and will definitely be back next year.

Doesn't matter the sport, said it for years. I don't mind getting beat. I don't like it when I don't feel that we've put forth our best effort. Credit Texas for playing well. We just weren't quite on. Got blocked a lot. Hit out a lot. Didn't get many blocks and when we were able to at least touch it if often went out.

Texas completely dominating both sides of the net....
