Wait for it.....

Benning is a former Husker (obviously) but these guys know him more as a fellow Omaha Public Schools football coach. Benning will be supportive of whatever he chooses - as he should be - so I'm not sure if it means a lot or not. It worries me a little bit that he's made so many other visits since he's been here but perhaps he was just covering his bases. Being on that show is about as much publicity as a guy could look for in this state so if he wants to do a "bigger" announcement, that would probably be the place.

I bet there will be ads on there, hopefully not a lot. I would love to see different stats flowing on the ribbon boards. I can guaran-damn-tee you that those boards will host ads. Yep. Stats are on the big board above North Stadium. The ribbon boards on the facade of the West Stadium balcony has the out of town scoreboard plus more stats. These pretty much have to be advertising.

Mentioned Notre Dame and Miami as the only non-Pac-12 schools he's looking to visit. Probably going to check out a lot of Pac-12 schools when they play at UCLA and USC.

A couple different reports of Freedom continuing to progress well at DE. I hope he's in the rotation this year.

With Reilly out, Taariq Allen was the other "starter" with Westy and DPE. When Allen got hurt, Morgan went in with the 1s.
