Anyone know when the visit is planned? I thought he needed to make a decision in the next couple of days.

I agree. But, there are lots of schools that I can understand the draw. Some not necessarily even having a dominating program at the time. It's just that I don't understand the draw to Miami especially as a parent.

OK...I don't know where I read it but I thought I remember seeing his mother was interested in him looking at Miami. So, take your Husker fan scarlet glasses off and think. Why would a mother be interested in Miami over Nebraska? In Nebraska, you have a relatively conservative place for your son to go to. Less chances of getting in trouble while at the same time, a good clean city. He would have the best academic situation for athletes and a fan base that lives and breaths for Husker football and stuffs the stadium full every Saturday. We also have a HC that is a great father figure for kids making them good young men. And, we just put a very very good RB in the NFL in a very good situation to succeed along with a long history of great RBs. We also just now changed coaching staffs with a RB coach that (I believe anyway) is very good. Chances are, this staff will be here for his entire career. In Miami, Miami is a good school academically...........

There is a DE at OSU that might have something to say about that. Yep, I agree...Bosa is by far the best defensive player in the B1G. He was the best last year IMO. Well, let's let them play the games this year before we start crowning players. One heck of a lot can happen between now and December. I think Bosa has already been crowned. As a true sophomore last year (same as Collins), he was a consensus 1st team all-american, 1st team all B1G, and the B1G defensive player of the year. And things like injuries never happen.

OK...I'm confused on something. What exactly are they counting down to? It's 8 days till fall camp and 39 days till the BYU game. What is in 22 days? August 19th???

Well, one day closer to a decision. I'm feeling good about this. He seems to be a mature young man who would appreciate what Nebraska has to offer on AND off the field.

Oh...I agree. Every era has games, players...etc. that are special that I won't want to forget.

Interesting. As with any preseason picks, by the end of the season everyone will realize it was worthless. Personally, I don't see why so many people are so high on Wisconsin. I wonder if it's more of a process of elimination instead of actually thinking Wisconsin is that good. A lot of people think Minnesota lost a lot so they are going to take a step back. Nebraska has a new head coach so there are lots of unknowns. Wisconsin has a new HC but at least they have a history of being able to beat us. I personally think we have a very good shot at winning the West this year. After that, it's a crap shoot. Heck, I'm not even sure if OSU is going to win the East like most people think.

firstly, if you really believe that, then you underestimate the intelligence of some liberals secondly the p\OP was SARCASM Ummmm....no, nobody is saying just taking down that flag is all of a sudden going to stop racism.
