I think a lot of the sites have us sitting at 87. Not sure you you are and arent counting but they are still counting Deontre Thomas even though most are fairly certain he is done.

Oh totally they order the material as soon as possible. However if a delay occurs etc. the price change goes to the buyer not the builder. Which is what you are saying. I spoke to several builders and all have the material increase clause in their contracts anymore. I know most of the builders if that occurs around here try to help by buying down your rates for mortgage etc to help as much as they can.

Appears to move through his progressions and is solid at evading pressure in the pocket. (lord knows we need that) completed several passes to the flat which our starter the last 4 years seemed to struggle with.

It is also written into contracts (especially with material prices being as sporadic as possible lately) That material increases are passed on to the buyer and not the builder. I should know as I am building my new home and it is stated in every single builder contract I reviewed.

I am sure a few will be that way. I simply want more of a competition for QB1 than Smother, HH and an injured Torres. Honestly I would prefer bringing in 2 transfers. 5 scholly QBs. We will lose 1 or 2 to the portal potentially but that is how this goes these days.

Do you think any of us will be mad if transfers come in and Smothers beats them all to be QB1? I wont be that means that he was better than all of them. Which means we have the best QB starting. Everyone here is good with Smothers as QB1 we just want to raise the level of competition in the room and let the best man win. Same for all the other transfers and guys on the team. Just get the best group of guys on the field possible.

Most likely not, but we will never know....just like we won't know if Purdy is the next revelation at QB at NU unless he in fact comes to NU and becomes Jesus on turf and resurrects this program in his image. Amen
