Pat Smith from Western Illinois, sounds like he would be on the Russell Wilson plan and would be able to play right away, 10/10 last year punted too, also a finalist for the Fred Mitchell award for outstanding kicker at that level

And yet what was our ranking in sacks allowed and tackles for loss allowed - the other two stats (that aren't as easily overcome with standout skill position players like rushing rankings) that go with the OL? FWIW Tackles for loss allowed we were tied for 83rd Sacks allowed tied for 90th I have a bigger problem with the tfl than sacks cuz anyone with a mobile QB gives up more sacks and every time Taylor ran OB for a loss while scrambling instead of throwing the freakin ball away counted as a sack I actually have us at 98th in TFLs allowed, and 105th for sacks allowed. And I believe a mobile QB that works his way out of the pocket and is caught scrambling is counted as a TFL not a sack. Likely depends on the run though. I was looking at avg per game, so that makes sense, not good either way. And if he runs OB behind the line it actually counts as both a TFL and a sack as do all sacks

i was just guessing i dont have anything to back it up i was just throeing a idea out there Nothing would surprise me when it comes to recruiting. Having high profile recruits like Moore and Klachko transfer could raise some eyebrows. Keep in mind with klachko I don't think we heard the whole story being that he retired from football shortly after getting to Illinois due to concussions

According to scout we have the #7 RB class, #11 d line class and #12 LB class The rest are not in the top 15

Coaches just did an in home with him, said he and his family loved Pelini and garrison, really raved about the visit, also just got an offer from fla st, but isn't going to visit Down to us, Marshall, Maryland, oklahoma and Kansas The way he talked I think we get him!

Sounds like TJ did an in home with him this week, very receptive to us still despite his commitment to ol miss

Nate clouse said he is looking at a signing day decision and we are in the mix with TCU and ASU

Was named to medium school all American team, also Pennsylvania's all time leader in receptions and receiving yards, kid is a stud, his school is like 15 mi from my house

More so amazing that Florida is one of the other teams that he is considering, pretty funny if we fed that to him on purpose
