hello, his current fav's are NU & mi st: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=556...2%2f556628.html

here is an article from lin jour star, today, which writes of hildebrand & his new surroundings: http://www.journalstar.com/articles/2006/0...03753282793.txt p.s. you have to love his maturity to walk-on here, & know that fighting for 2nd string, or 3rd string is his goal, for this yr (which distances himself from whom he is replacing)

i am excited about NU's dbs even w/ bowman out for the yr, because of players like grixby, jones, brothers, & the new 6'3" cb - spain (who has to be the tallest db in coll fb): http://www.wowt.com/sports/headlines/3557977.html -
here is a video on wilson, from wowt, on he & NU's competition at rb at NU: wilson at NU

hello, this reads that NU, even w/ hildebrand & witt, will be following/pursuing cooper pretty hard: http://jcgridiron.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=569882 p.s. if NU happens land cooper would they not have 4 jr's on the following yr's squad, & possibly one fr? -
hello, according to rivals witt is now rated as the 15th top hs pro-style qb for this yr: http://rivals100.rivals.com/viewrank.asp?r...=1478&Year=2007 p.s. jarrett lee is listed as 7th, & chasen stangel is listed as 19th

hello, NU would have loved to have signed allen bradford (5'11" lb, usc commit, & NU visitor) last yr, & the same will be said this yr w/ love w/ love hootin' http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=556...2%2f556071.html

hello, it seems that amie is going to announce (this fri) prior to his sept 9th visit to NU: http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/conte....asp?cid=569719 p.s. it looks like NU may get their 2nd wr (or he may eventually morph into a te) verbal of the yr (he is chosing b/w tt & NU, & all indications seem to say that he will be N!) 2nd p.s. rated by rivals as the 72nd top prospect in the state of tx

fl's waggener vs. NU's hildebrand

hello, here is an article on smith's visit to ia: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=554399 p.s. ia really rolled out the red carpet for smith 2nd p.s. he is now high on ia - which is no surprise (oh, well)

ok st, ark, & NU
-
hello, his leaders are NU & ark, & he has set his 1st visit w/ ark for 9/8 (he will probably set an official w/ NU very soon, also) p.s. but ark does get his 1st visit - which concerns me a little because he has been comparing the 2 for a while (I just hope that this does not mean that ark leads, or worse yet that he will verbal then & there)
-
hello, harris will be visiting on 10/20 for the tx game: http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=8&c=1&nid=2479431
-
hello, chasen stangel would easily get an offer from NU before heiman would, or lentz, or winters, ect... p.s. but, what do I know? yet, the greater chance is that none of them will receive a schollie from NU

Player: Jacoby Reed Hometown: Houston, TX Position: DB Height: 5’11” Weight: 180 40 time: 4.45 Visit Date: Scholarships offered: Nebraska, TCU, Arkansas, Baylor, UTEP Favorites: Nebraska Rankings/Stars: Rivals: Bid Red Report: Assessing the talent: Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: reed's profile from scout p.s. he is high on NU, & from those who have offered NU looks to be in very good shape for his committment, & he is rated by rivals as the 97th best prospect out of the state of tx
-
oh no, bo has a fl st offer (scout), & he will be setting a possible visit there soon enough (yet, NU & pitt will also be given a visit to impress - but, the chance for both have dropped - imo) p.s. yet, NU still leads w/ rb's evans, boyd-anderson, & castille
-
hello, his top 3 schools (which are also the 3 schools that he just visited are tn, az st, & NU - az st seems to have an bigger edge, because of location, & since he has family ties who played in the pac 10 conference, & also, az st has players who are lds on their team $ says - mission or no mission he will be at az st: http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/conte....asp?cid=568461

Are there any good juco QB s
hootin' annie's goatfarm replied to HSKRNOKC's topic in Football Recruiting
hello, o.k., here is some of the crazy/wild things that I am hearing (guesswork & rumors, of course, w/ no real facts or merits of any kind) that cooper could leave cc (e.g. lyle moevao), because he has already qualified to play D1 - in 2001, he was close to committing to a schollie out of hs from utah, prior to his 2 yr lds mission: http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=8&c=1&nid=2629281 p.s. problem is he does not have a schollie, & split time starting at qb at snow, last yr, yet he did complete 62% of his passes - & NU did take a similar chance before (a couple of yrs prior) w/ jordan adams, who is now a significantly backup saf 2nd p.s. but who knows what cally & co's next move is? -
On NU's radar - but no offer...yet!

Are there any good juco QB s
hootin' annie's goatfarm replied to HSKRNOKC's topic in Football Recruiting
hello, (1) the 2 juco qb's who NU will be watching throughout their soph seasons are (both have some athleticism & speed): cade cooper 6'3", 195, 4.5, snow cc, & bryan savage 6'3", 215, 4.7, coffeyville cc (2) simms is boston coll's to lose - also, one of his good friends, & pitch & catch-high school teammate ryan lindsey (if you watch simm's highlights you will see lindsey a lot) will be a fr at bc, & he wants to be a lot closer to home than his older bro was, therefore bc & simms are high on each other -

hootin' annie's goatfarm replied to Eric the Red's topic in Other Husker Sports
hello, it seems to be a no-go w/ fox: http://www.journalstar.com/articles/2006/0...1b688438991.txt p.s. so, who is next on the list mr athletic director? -
hello, ryan hill's committment is out of the blue: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=553...2%2f553335.html p.s. in fact, ryan hill's verbal committment is so out of the blue that eric does not even have an info topic-post dedicated to ryan hill 2nd p.s. I believe that NU was/is the only school who has offered him

lawrence has just visited NU for the 3rd x - seems as if he is on the verge of becoming N - & also, making sure that he & his family are comfortable w/ his decision of becoming N: http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=2&c=553...2%2f553240.html
