And we played a lower-level team today, huge difference people! He didn't light up the bruins at all. but it's all good because Tommy lit up a team that probably gets torched next week by NDSU as well. Again let me make it clear I liked what I saw from the QBs, yes BOTH of them today, but you are a delusional human our you think today is equal to even what will be seen against Illinois as far as an opposing defense No. It's all good because Tommy looks like an ACTUAL QB. Not like a sprinter who just learned how to throw. Taylor just isn't a good QB. I'm sure we can find a spot for him somewhere else. Tommy gives us the best chance to win. Taylor does not. That's not delusional, it's just the facts at this point.

Bucky, it's because this is Nebraska where the #2 qb is the #1 hero. Been this way as long as I can remember. I blame Frazier for our fans always thinking the next guy could be secretly the most amazing person in the entire world now you can start blaming Armstrong. He has IT, Taylor just doesn't.

Count me in the VERY excited group. This kids tapes are great and while he may make some mistakes early.....I feel he upgrades our offense and defense immediately. Of course sat will go along way toward confirming or debunking my gut feelings!!!

Martinez is not a dual threat QB. His running has been subpar for the last 3 years and his passing has always been suspect. He just doesn't have it. No matter what the stats say. LOL REALLY!? HAHAHHAHA Yes. Really. He can't elude people consistently, he consistently runs into the open arms of defensive players and worst of all he stands up right before he's about to get hit most of the time. And that doesn't even take into consideration his poor decision making.
