That would like up with reports I seen in twitter. I can't remember who. But someone reported yesterday they were watching the planes. A private jet owned by a major Nebraska donor landed yesterday afternoon in Columbus Ohio. Dont know how credible the person is however Guys, Jim Tressel does NOT live in Columbus. Tressel lives in Youngstown in the Presidents house. You guys can watch planes all you want, but anything going on in Columbus is irrelevant at this point. Tressel lives in Youngstown, so unless you see flights in/out of Youngstown or Akron Canton this is all moot.

Anyone know if the usual Delta LGA-OMA flight is on schedule tonight?

Talent is right there with everyone this year? We were blown out of the water by MSU for almost 4 quarters, Wisconsin smoked us, and we barely sneaked out a win against a FCS school. The talent is NOT there. Did you see the tackling yesterday? Did you see the pursuit angles yesterday? Nebraska has a few good players (Abdullah and Gregory) and the rest are pretty average. I whole heartedly disagree with your statement regarding talent. Disagree all you want. We have talent out the wazuu. What we lack is confidence, attitude and coaching. And what talent is that? Please show me talent on defense outside of Gregory? Tommie Armstrong capable of winning a National Championship? You are seriously delusional if you think this team has the TALENT to win prime time games. Did you watch the game yesterday? Did you watch the MSU game? We do not have the talent to compete at that level and haven't for sometime. Get out of the 90's. This is reality. We are AVERAGE! God I love it when people say get out of the 90's. At a certain point the players have to play and compete. Papuchis and Bo are a large part of the problem, but the players we have and have had are simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

My apologies. I'm just worried with all the rain it will be a very wet track. I'm worried what that could possibly mean for AA.

I am seeing rain on Friday night and Saturday morning followed by overcast conditions and possible strong winds. MSU has field turf just as we do, but if the weather conditions are poor who does that help more? In the old days for a game like this MSU would grow the grass long and have it be a pond to slow down AA, but given the field turf I am not sure how big a factor it will be, if at all.

What kind of Husker contingent can we expect in East Lansing this weekend? With a 8 EST kick I have to believe many will be in attendance rooting on the 'Skers!

Also, wasn't the MSU game already announced as a night game like 2 months ago? Yes. Just as a night game. What theyre saying by announcing the ABC slot is that it is THEE game of the week. The Fowler/Herbstreit game. The Miami game was announced as night way back when too, but the decision for ESPN 2 want made until it was clear this was not a top matchup. Not necessarily - Nessler/Blackledge have done ABC games this year. It all depends.

Also- don't forget... Texas A&M @ Miss St - time TBD

With the announcement ABC will be there, I do too. However, Alabama also plays Ole Miss that day, and that's a top 10 matchup. Top 10 SEC matchup leads me to believe GameDay is headed to Ole Miss... Game time TBD
