Search the country. Ask the best ADs if they will come to Lincoln and then ask them and the other best people out there who they recommend. Stick to only "Hometown" people only and you could end up with Steve Pederson. He was hailed as the Hometown Hero coming back to take us to the mountain top. Instead he was polarizing and toxic and we are still feeling his effects today. Bounds and Green will do the proper search and find us the best guy available. People these days, especially kids, have very short memories. If you have the right Culture, Accountability, Leadership & Team, you will have success. And success breeds more success. The recruits can feel the energy when they are in Lincoln. They will come again once the right Leadership is in place. And Penn St, Washington and many other programs show that it doesn't take long to be back in the Top 10 and to be prominent once again. The toxicity (SE) is being sucked out of Lincoln and the best of energy is starting to be pumped back in. Great Days are ahead.

Pedro, I was referring to the future enrollment if the Husker athletics continue their downward spiral. Mizzou's enrollment is down 25-35% since the bad press from their Protests and the putrid state of all of their Athletics. This has become very common around the country when programs rise and fall. As far as Yori, you want to know how big a snake Eichorst is...and I mean no respect to snakes in general... SE made her sign a confidentiality agreement that she would not talk about the terms of their buyout and everything that went on there. He even made her thank him in her resignation speech. And 30 mins before she spoke, SE 100% violated that agreement by leaking to the Lincoln Journal Star everything. She wanted to sue but was afraid of losing hundreds of thousands if not a million dollars trying to defend herself against the establishment that Eichorst had built. Yori's resignation speech: “After fourteen years as the head coach of the women’s basketball program, I have made the difficult decision to step down," Yori said. "As some of you may know, this has been a very challenging time for my family and in the best interest of all of us, this is the right decision. I want to thank the student-athletes, assistant coaches, staff and administrators, especially Shawn Eichorst, for his leadership and support during this difficult time in my life." Once again, believe me or not...this is the snake that many want to defend. And there is soooo much more. He did not want what was best for Nebraska Athletics. So many didn't trust him. He was offered a lot of help from a lot of different sources and he denied them many many times. Thankfully that snake has been skinned and we can move on to bigger and better days! Oh go read what I have written everywhere. it's all true whether you care to believe it or not. And what Lee and Sipple and Chatelain and Dodds and so on...they are speaking up with truths. And if you are all too blind or dumb to believe it, then that is your loss. And if so and Bounds and Green are too, which they aren't , then they can hire some more schmucks to run Nebraska further in to the ground and we can become irrelevant for the rest of our lives. It's sickening what he did to her and what he has done to many others. Because Coaches will want to work with a Great Athletic Director. Eichorst and Pedeson were far from those. They killed the Athletic Dep't with their dictator ways. And this trickled all the way down within each and every Athletic Program. Harvey was the key to that. The Husker Culture is still here. We have to find it and embrace it. We can win and win big again. but we do have to open up the checkbooks and hire the right people. Green and Bounds know what they need to do. Isn't it too soon for SE to be writing on here? This is about the saddest excuse for an ass kissing I have ever read. SE was a fraud and a fake. Plain and simple. He can take his money and go. He never wanted what was best for Nebraska or he wouldn't have hired Riley in the first place. Career .500 coaches are what they are for a reason. He was far from a businessman, unless he was a businessman that ran his shop like a dictatorship. He wanted YesMen to surround himself, just as Harvey taught him And STPAUL Husker... Think whatever you want of JP, but the guy has his hand on the pulse of Husker Athletics.. Just watch what happens from here. Eichorst gone. Riley will be gone. Not saying that Trev or Frost are the guys, but whoever the guys are, they will bring back the Husker Culture, they will preach ACCOUNTABILITY, they will hire First Class people. The team will learn what it takes to win AND for the public to be proud once again. But not only that, the Culture around the entire Athletic Dep't will once again be Great. Thank you Hank Bounds and Chancellor Green for doing what had to be done. Let the Dominos fall where they may now. Number one had to be the firing of Eichorst. The guy has dug his own grave for a few years now. Maybe the final nail was the Black Friday fiasco and then his impromptu press conference on Saturday after the NIU debacle. But this was always gonna happen. Tim Miles needs to be thankful that Eichort's head was tied directly to the 2017 Football season or he would have been fired too. Eichorst was never gonna make it through this year unless Riley & Co figured out how to win and win big. And there was a fat chance of that considering how bad the culture is within a Program with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!! Now maybe we can get the respect back that we badly need. Mike Price got fired as coach of Alabama, BEFORE EVER COACHING GAME, for being at a strip club. Say what you want about Donte being an adult on his own time, but he is representing the UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA, at all times. This should not be an argument. you cannot apologize for this conduct. When you are on the road representing your University at Satellite Camps, do you think it is OK to be out at strips clubs very single night? What message is this sending? Louisville basketball comes to mind. Same as dismissing kids for smoking pot when it is against TEAM RULES. Rules are not meant to be broken when you have to be ACCOUNTABLE to the rest of your teammates, coaches, admin and the fans. ACCOUNTABILITY IS EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD. There is none of it in Nebraska at the moment. And if you think i am wrong about any of what I have said...Look at the results on the field. It's a Major League EMBARRASSMENT!

Eichorst only cares for himself. he was hired to be a Yes man for Harvey and to surround himself with other Yes men. He is ruining the culture from the inside on out. His methods have trickled down from the top. He runs the athletic dept like a dictatorship, people are scared for their jobs each and every day, He is a fake and a fraud. Ruined football first and foremost, ruined basketball, ruined women's basketball, has zero relationship with Coach Cook, his most successful and respected coach left. No relationship with gymnastics coach, who has a top ten program now. It all starts with SE. There is so much more that no one knows about. He does not want what's best for the program, or he is too f'ing blind to see it. He wants what's best for SE. He has closed the doors to so many people that want to help the Program. SE has basically persona non grata to them. It's seriously unreal. Highly respected people that the coaches themselves want around and SE has said NO. This is a man that has no business running the AD anymore. He has to go first and foremost.
