I saw Paul play three times this year and he is an awesome receiver. Still needs work at DB but started to show improvement at the end of the year. I hope he is utilized on the offense by Nebraska.

Factor in 13 punt returns for a 23.77 average , 17 kickoff returns for a 36.65 average, and 7 interceptions on defense. Between the three he added another 5 touchdowns to his totals. Does the Nebraska future hold several McElroy to Carpenter TD combinations? I hope so!!!

Why is Homer not getting any respect? He was a two time all state selection. Was it because he didn't improve his tackle totals from his junior to senior seasons? 112 tackles with 85 unassisted were still pretty good.

I saw in USA Today that he led him team to the Texas 5A state title with a 16-0 record. His monster stats included 4,687 passing yards and a 5A state-record 56 touchdowns. After one year of football this kid blossomed quick and would be a huge get for NU.
