urban and lane are the only 2 coaches that could recruit the talent michigan has right now.

Campbell would be a decent hire, and his struggles this year might actually allow us to get him at an affordable price. he's recruiting top 30 talent to iowa st, so i'd imagine he could get top 20 classes here. especially if mickey stays.

i would guess it's one of the baylor guys or matt campbell. the kansas coaches seem too old and not exciting.

why would rhule want to start coaching again right away when he's getting paid $40 million to do nothing?

i don't think trev can make an official offer until we are out of bowl contention because if mickey pulled off a miracle and got us to a bowl game i think a lot of fans would want him as HC... unless ur getting a top candidate urban/lane/pederson.

i'm hoping its aranda because of his big10 experience, relationship with mickey, and recruiting potential. aranda has the 16th ranked class at baylor right now

i can get excited about any of those top 3. Rhule is pretty meh. patterson, monken, and mickey would be horrible choices.

i don't know how any of those 4 names will get people to shell out thousands for season tickets unless the fans here just have nothing better to do.

just a gut feeling, but i think rhule would fail badly here. current recruits just know him as the guy who sucked at carolina he has no experience with the big10 his 1 good year at baylor was against an extremely easy schedule. its also much easier to recruit to baylor than nebraska. how would he draw people to nebraska?

Rhule is the biggest fraud. he didn't beat a single ranked team at baylor. he was a dumpster fire at carolina. i'd take anyone else besides him.

lol. the associate AD obviously doesn't want people to know it's aranda. it'd be real easy to find someone to feed sipple some bad info so people stop talking about it.
