Palmer seems to quickly be turning into one of the worst 3 points shooters on our team yet continues to jack them up. Wondering why they don’t feed it to Allen more for that.

Will be nice to see how the Big 10 fairs against the rest of the country to get a better measure on the true conference strength. Oklahoma making it and us getting a 5 seed in the NIT does seem a bit cheesy. Not to mention a dude throwing a ball into a basket one more time than we did (the Kansas game) probably determining a dramatic change in tournament positions. Not saying we should have totally made the dance, but a freaking 5 seed in the NIT? lol. Wonder how much emphasis the committee puts in those dam* computer models. Sounds like it's a lot. Computer models are good for predicting things with direct measurements, such as weather (well getting their at least), but often terrible when humans are in the equation (ex. politics, economics, etc.). I know there is some direct measurements in sports, but like how in the hell do you even begin with all of that psychology stuff, not to mention all of the environmental factors involved in the game.

Yeah, I see the point of bringing in transfers the first few years when coaching a new team. This can give an immediate spark to jumpstart the program and to potentially get better recruits from the success. Then a slow transition away from that and onto more high school recruits. But yeah, to still be relying on transfers now seems a bit concerning. Seems the program has been mostly just pulsating and not really turning over.

On the plus side we have some extra games to prep up for next year and most of the team possibly returns. If we lay a 2015 egg next year, it would be just flat out obvious we'd need to make some coaching changes. Miles seems to have at least grown this year and hopefully will find ways to be more creative and consistent on offense in the offseason. Here's to hoping for a successful NIT run at least.

That Wisconsin game back in ‘14 has to be one of my favorites. Wish I had gone to that one. Was BBQing during that one in the middle of FEB instead lol. But yeah, with what is at stake with this Michigan game and being on thin ice, this is probably one of the biggest in a long while. ...May even BBQ again if it can get to 60 Friday.

We have any current transfers sitting out this year for 2018-19? Seems to be good team chemistry this year which makes me hopeful that most will stay.
