Agree. He is the winningest coach in the Mac , mostly because he has been there for so long. The great coaches leave the Mac for a better job.

Thank you. Im amazed at those who cant see that. Many times the throw is off target (its a 10 yard toss btw) and the receiver catches it, but because of the s#!tty throw he can only gain 3 yards instead of 10. I cant even count how many times AM has missed on a screen pass or a short out to a TE. You shouldnt be diving for a screen pass.

On screen passes? Yes, add to that the throws he completes throw the rb off his balance

I said he barely can yea...still brings up his completion percentage if he completes 80% of them..and half of his screen passes that are completed throw the runner off balance. Use some common sense if you want to comprende my message

If we scored 30 id of been a bit happier. Your proud of the fact our offense "outdid every defensive stat Wisconsin had going for them"...yet we scored 21 points... are you proud that we scored 21 points? Is 21 points a solid offense?

Why are you confused? I never said we didnt? I think clearly we have more talent than any of those schools . We shouldnt lose to them this year, but we did..coaching imo.

I hear where your coming from Mav, but i cant agree that this is Rileys fault. We have more talent than Purdue, Indiana, Colorado....i get that its more than a talent problem left behind. Riley also left certain positions bare, and some bad development, also some bad player habits. Yes, Riley is partly to blame for where we are, but we all knew that. I didnt expect us to be a top 15 team. What i did expect was a 8-4 type season with this schedule. We have the players to beat The Indianas and Colorados...and Frost has had almost 2 years to instill his stuff. Frost is to blame for this year, im sorry to say that cause he is a good man.

Hoping its just a strained Hammy as you say. Im just surprised he will be out yet another week. Best case scenario is your right, and he could play, but the coaches are protecting his well being. In that case much respect to the coaches.

I dont think this is true, but it brings to memory the comments his dad made 2 weeks ago. I hope Wandale isnt mailing it in for the rest of the year, so he can get out of Lincoln healthy. Again, that seems to go against everything Wandale, considering he begged to get back in the game as soon as he was injured. But part of me wonders....simply cause i dont know what the injury was, but it didnt appear to be that bad

We already know Riley sucked. Move on already...if you wanna say Frost has had 4-8 talent then go ahead. But fact is we had 8-4 talent....this isnt about Riley anymore.

Thanks for the civil response. When it comes to stats there are many factors. For one, Adrians completion percentage is a lil misleading (cause there are so many short screen passes in this offense). Also you mentioned Adrian being hurt. Taylor was also hurt very often, probably more so than Adrian. 3rd, id be curious the rushing stats of Taylor vs Adrian. If AM is the facilitator, he has been a very poor facilitator...im not trolling, i truly think Vedral is a better QB at this point...idk if that speaks to how good Vedral is, or how mediocre to bad AM is.

Why? I sincerely rhink Taylor Martinez was a better QB than Adrian. What does Adrian do well? He can barely hit a screen pass, doesnt see open receivers. At least Taylor could run the ball very well. Does Adrian run well? He cant make anyone miss, is indecisive- turns what could be a 10 yard run into a 4 yard run by waiting 3 seconds too long, and isnt nearly as fast as Taylor was. I mean this sincerely also...what does Adrian do well??

Yes, because we knew we didnt have good backers. We thought we had a GREAT QB, only to see one of the worst starting QBs in power 5 this year. Quite the contrast from Heisman dark horse to worse than Taylor Martinez if we are honest.

I want to add, as hard as i have been on Frost, i do love the guy. He seems like a great man, a genuine man of faith and character. Im not frustrated with him as a human being, im frustrated with him as a football coach right now. I bet you if he was honest, he would say the same about himself. He has really done alot of things wrong this year, and its compounded by the fact his QB has really been gonzo mentally, and many other players have left, been hurt, or been lost. I think it hurts Frost as much as any of us, so much so, that he has a hard time admitting his fault in this (we've all been there). He's a great man, just has had a rough year coaching football. He will learn from this, you can see it in him...even when his pride deflects blame, you can see how much he cares and can see how he is humble enough inwardly to recognize his shortcomings this year. There is noone else id rather have as our leader, i mean that 100%. Thats NOT because he is a great coach right now, its cause he has the characteristics and makeup that he WILL be in time.

We moved the ball over 500 yards , and yet scored 21 points. People who say our offense has been good just annoys me. What good is moving the ball if you dont score? And i disagree that AM is a good quarterback. Also when people blame our defense, they fail to account for the fact our offense gives them great field position half the time. Out of all areas of our team, I am most dissapointed in our QB (Adrian), and our offensive "mind".

Basically you (and many others) want us to look like Wisconsin. Thats reasonable...no reason Iowa, and Minnesota should be better than us.
