I'm not saying his arm strength is great but I think on the pass to the TE you are referring to he was throwing it away. I thought the TE was covered and he just threw it way short where nobody was. If not, he has like Mickey Joseph passing skills.
Nobody penciled in a win against Penn State before the season started. I'll take it. The d stepped up. It's 2020. We're lucky we have a season. As Luke matures hopefully his arm strength improves . That's something d coordinators will exploit if not.

Not to beat a dead horse but Luke had another walk in if makes the right read on the last second down play. That's not play calling. That's execution which should only get better though Martinez still sucks at it.
