I'm probably wrong but I don't see BOB as a college head coach again. Could see him going the Daboll route and get another chance as head coach. With an actual front office he would work well.
I would totally be for it but let's be honest there's too many dumbasses in this fan base that would be uncomfortable with his "culture" these are the same people who want someone from the military to be the next coach and run the same offense that was ran when Prime was playing.
I know he made the comments about winning but if he stays here maybe it's more about staying home and liking the school? Seems like kind of an odd time to announce Nebraska when there's likely going to be a change at the end of the year. Regardless I'm happy for him seems like a great kid he's earned this.
After losing his starting QB and stud RB. You understand it's Iowa St and not Penn State right? Also Aranada might miss a bowl too guess he's a s#!t coach! Leipold won like 2 games last year that should disqualify him too since be missed a bowl right?
With a program that has a natural advantage in recruiting that Rhule helped rebuild. ISU won 8 games like 1 time the last 40 years Campbell has now done it several times.
He won 9 games 3x at Toledo, Once at ISU, has beaten everyone in the Big 12, beat several teams ranked in the top 10, and won coach of the year in the Big 12 a few times. You're being disingenuous here
Man I know Nebraska has fallen since the 90s but can we please stop wondering why guys would leave s#!t programs like Illinois or Kansas? Nebraska is a much better job for any number of reasons
We have consistently put up top 25 classes. Bo had some good defensive lines and decent offensive lines. There is zero reason schools like Illinois,Wisconsin, Illinois etc can produce good lines and Nebraska can't. With proper coaching and a guy like Mickey who gets you production out of good WRs you have something there that can be competitive in the conference
