Booing doesn't solve anything but, it is a natural reaction when frustration sets in. IMHO I believe that the boo's are not directed at the players but, the coaches and AD!! We were fed a line of crap and kept getting the "give him time" song and dance. People can see what progress has been made and it's NOT heading in the right direction. Now, if some of the players feel that the boos are directed at them personally I would suggest that maybe they have a guilty conscience about their performance. Just my 2 cents.

Broderick Thomas just intimated that Steve P does'nt like to have former players hanging around. This is the second time I've heard a former player Clestor Johnson say something like that. And then you have players that say the exact opposite. Who do you believe? I don't really understand the disconnect. By the way, we've talked about for years. It's nothing new. Anti-Callahan folks side with guys like Broderick always. And then there is you Dave... A "yes" man a 100% "they can do no wrong" guy. Tell ya what, I'd make a little wager with you right now. Say like a picture of Mr. Franklin if BC manages to get a Husker team to finish in the top 10 within the next (God forbid he's here that long) ten years. No need to belittle those of us who saw this coming from the get go. Talk about Waaaa.

Pardner, USC will march up and down the field and score, and it ain't going to be field goals... The Huskers had a cupcake game last week and looked ok.. A little tougher this week and looked like crap. The team that played better today did not win. I'm sorry to throw cold water on everyone's "this is the year" thing but, they'd better pick it up or the Big 12 North won't even happen. Flame me if you wish but, you watched the game.......

We never had "quotas" when I was a cop but, what will happen is the same thing that would happen if you worked in a Widgit Mfg. plant. Let's say that last month I wrote 5 tickets and everybody else wrote 25 tickets, who do you think the Sgt. is going to be talking to. Same way if I make 100 widgits a day and you only make 30 a day, supervisor going to be chewing my butt? Nope.

The Happy Days guys who were so happy to see Frank at 9-3 get canned and bad mouth anyone who had a bad word for Pud and BC must be starting to feel a little ILL. Yeah, that was a bummer. Listening to it one got the impression that maybe the Zeb's were a little biased...

The story I got was that our glorious A.D. Pud didn't put in to host a second round when they were taking requests. Don't know if that's fact or not but, if it is, or even if it isn't.... :up you Stevie!!
