    If an ambulance, on its way to save someone, runs over some guy, should it stop to pick the guy up? And then would it go on to get the first person too? I wonder about these things.

      I'm a medic and I have seen this happen. The ambulance would stop and begin treatment of the pedestrian and call for a second ambulance to go to the original case.
