  1. It was a terrible performance. No denying it. I would rather see the full non-con play out before calling for heads.
  2. Ameer saved us. Gunna be a lot of that going around.
  3. Remember Beck last week and "just move the chains". Typical Beck #firebeck The guy is either a fool or a liar.
  4. I think they're still playing. They're just not very good and the offense is doing squat to help them.
  5. Tim Beck is going to get his a-hole enlarged this week.
  6. The answer to the running QB problem is the guy who got his knee scoped last week.
  7. I'll add--or flat out state--that it's one game. We can play like dog sh#t all day and so long as we win, we have time to improve before the meat of our schedule arrives. There's still a lot of football left to play. We have the talent to turn this game around in a hurry.
  8. He says, halfway into the second game of the season. of his 7th season. You're right guys. We may as well quit. I'm calling Eichorst right now. no point in seeing the rest of this season. Its over. Always with the drama.
  9. TA could easily have 3 picks in this game, too. You know, Nebraska is apparently the only place that keeps the CHBP stat. Could have been picked. Give this crap a rest. The CHBP stat could take some HAll of Fame QB's out of the Hall. Uh huh.
  10. TA could easily have 3 picks in this game, too. Bingo. This isn't going to cut it against the better teams in the Big Ten. Not that the better teams in the Big Ten are particularly impressive either . . . He seems to be ignoring his checkdowns and passes into the flat. Too much flash in the first quarter, maybe.
  11. Definitely an unimpressive first half. Plenty of time to right the ship but some of the decision making on offense has been questionable from both Beck and TA.
  12. Can you do any kind of training during the off weeks? Or how soon can you start to push it? Got a doctor in the house?
  13. exactly. this is not a political issue. the fact that it says, "bad news for al gore"? i mean, al gore is not hoping for global warming. lol. if he was wrong, i think he would be the first to admit that it was good news that, you know, the world was not ending. but, some people's desire to be politically correct is more important than their desire to do what is right. That's an excellent point. I saw An Inconvenient Truth for the first time last year. This was after years and years of hearing conservative one-liners about it. My expectations were not very high. But then I put it on, and sure enough, he's basically correct about all of the major findings. It wouldn't surprise me to find his research is a tad dated at this point, but I think you would have a hard time fully refuting the central premises of the movie. I also didn't see much in there that was overtly political. He touches on his personal history but it never overshadows the environmental concerns. He also gets some credit for bringing public attention to the issue.
  14. God I hope so. Edit: In any event, no reason to put him back out there. Do not aggravate whatever his problem is.
  15. Did anyone see the play he went out on?
  16. Compared to today, Christmas sucks.

  17. They've shown a willingness to change how they do business, that's for sure.
