    Does anyone have insight as to how much of a difference there is between "Small" and "Girls Small" shirt sizes?

      it's the proportions they use. ie there's gonna be a bit slimmer at the waste and have a bit of room at the cleavage area.

      According to the wife she showed me by her hands "girls small" is about 3/4 of the size compared to the "small" size. She showed me by her hands, so I can't do that here.

      So I went with a girls medium to be the equivalent of a friend who is small but not petite, but who would probably wear a small unisex size. Better to err on the side of too big.
