The screen is on the other side. At least this year it appears they added the new seats, last year they added the screen but not the new seats. Anyone know when tis game is released? They only added the screen in the last-gen versions (ps2, xbox, etc.), the screen or seats never made it into the 360 version of the game also, there is far too much white in that stadium, seriously, all they would have to do is google memorial stadium images and see that it doesn't look anything like that. lastly, ncaa 07 was a pretty crappy game, let's hope 08 will be better Screen is the 360 version (most likely PS3 as well) and so are the Tunnel Walk doors. 08's gameplay is completely re-done. It'll run at 60 frames per second so it'll run a lot smoother. Campus Legend is included in the 360 and PS3 versions of the game. Campus Legend actually starts you out in the high school playoffs and you play as the high school you choose. College scouts watch and rank you and then you're offered scholarships. OR you can start out as an existing player in college and play exclusively as him. I know all that, but when I say that it was a pretty crappy game the main factor in that is the gameplay. The player models were robotic in their movements, the animations and collision detection showed some good moments but even more horrible moments, the framerate putted along (which is guaranteed to be fixed this year, I know). I don't know where you heard that the gameplay is redone, because from what I can tell watching videos it is still using the same engine, just refined a bit. Oh, and when there are blizzard-like conditions, I would like for the areas that AREN'T the football field to be white too! They were as green as could be while the field was powder white

The only thing is, if the refs don't nkow it's coming, what would happen if say, a ref decided to blow his whistle to stop you from running 60 yards for a touchdown, because he wasn't paying enough attention to figure out that it was legal? I would be insanely pissed if that happened to my team.

Hopefully I can post high-school sports related threads in here? Anyways, this is about as cheap as it gets, but this is also one of the better trick plays I have seen, maybe the Huskers should think about adapting it, since they love this kind of thing.

Ah ok, was just looking to get that bit cleared up, thanks. Also, I wasn't being serious with my GPA comment, just expressing my disbelief that he doesn't have us higher based on the things he is looking for in a college.

Don't forget that we have to pick up the fumble. We would have won the Texas game last year had it not been for them falling on 4 of their own fumbles throughout the course of the ball game, with one being at a critical juncture.

I can't tell you why they are saying that, but i can tell you that we won't be picked to beat the big xii powers until we actually beat them, which in a way makes sense..

That is a bad reason, because we all know (and are also all guilty of the same thing) that when top-tier teams lose they blame it as a freak accident and think of excuses, and the argument continues on forever. usc fans will NEVER shut up unless we beat them 49 to nothing, in which case there will be too many flying pigs that they will have to cancel the rest of the game.

I'm not really concerned about the school, but the poster above me said junior college, leading me to believe that the kid was from JC, but the recruiting story stated otherwise.. just a little confused is all

Definetely agree with this. Also, it seemed like last year, even though we lost, we kind of set a gameplan for other schools to copy somewhat the following weeks, and it seemed to work to a certain extent. Small, short yardage plays, with no mistakes. So if we can build on last year's gameplan and make it a little more dynamic and diverse, I think we will have an excellent chance at this game.

I'm not attacking you, so no need to defend yourself. I am jsut sticking up for the guy when there was a simple misunderstanding and he was getting negative comments because of it. I have no inklink towards how loud UO is, and I don't care. I was just clearing up the situation, so my mistake for stepping in where I wasn't concerned.

Who's this Arthur Brown? He has us listed as a possible but I've never heard anything about him. If we could get another 5 star in him and potentially in Tyron Smith that would be absolutely huge.

Bugeater, recruiting is one piece to the puzzle. Sure it doesn't mean anything if the recruits don't pan out and we don't win games, but that's another piece. You need all the pieces to make it complete, and if you end up losing one of the pieces (bad recruiting with Solich), but then find it under the sofa, your progress on the puzzle is improved.

Point taken, but like Licensed to Ill said, that can be a double-edged sword, because an incomplete pass on 2nd and 3, with the commentating by Jim Rose, will make you think, for a second, that they just connected on a 60-yard bomb...get's kind of old oh, and can he ever say ANYTHING other than "TOUCHDOWNNN NEBRASKA" when we score? He says it the exact same way every single time. =/
