As a suggestion for next week, can we change the criteria to video game covers? There's a few that would've looked good that I had to pass on. Also, maybe restricting the contest each week to a different genre or generation. IE: only Horror movie covers, or only movies from the 80's etc.

I agree. I don't know where people are getting 10 points from. SDSU's average is 8 points a game against FCS opponents. What makes them think they will score more points this weekend. SDSU is 1-5 for FG's on the season. I see them not getting into the endzone unless we make a huge gaffe on special teams.

The Big12 should add the large universities from the MWC and WAC. Nevada, (31,000) San Diego State ( 34,500) Colorado State (26,000) BYU (34,000) Boise State(19,00) Fresno State (19,000) UNLV (29,000) TCU (9,000) Might not be huge name programs, but they at least have the $ and enrollment numbers to support facilities, stadiums, etc. That would add 3 solid football programs and a bunch of middle of the road programs, but more importantly, large and expansive regional coverage so the longwhorns can sell their TV package.

Both were selected last year, they were just forced to play each other. We know either Boise or TCU will go, but both programs have traveled well to the bowl games. I see it likely that both will go if they remain in the top 5 all season long.

Because Michigan has no defense Our defense looks to be nearly as strong as last year. Remember we lost 3 games by a combined total of less than 4 points last year. Even if we had a middle of the road offense last year we would've been a top 5 team and Big 12 champions. Texas and OU have been woefully inconsistent. OU can't defend against the run well (See Airforce). Texas can't move the ball on offense against half way decent defenses (See Texas Tech).
