There's about 12 min. left in the half and ISU has to be thinking "Holy crap, they actually came to play a game of football." Because as of right now Army, an 0-3 team, is dominating ISU in every stat except for TOP. I'm pretty surprised they're making that much of a game out of it.

The Japanese, who don't like the American version of "The Aquateen Hunger Force", are remaking it with a more healthy cast of characters. Crafty those Japanese!!

I was thinking the same thing. But then you have to look at all of the 2nd and 3rd and longs that we had to deal with in the second half, just because our guys thought it necessary to shoot ourselves in the proverbial foot. I think with all of those penalties/sacks callahan's play calling was limited. Speaking of penalties what was up with the penalty on Ross?

I think I would give the game ball to Sam Koch, personally. He did his job getting us out of some harry situations. Although he did have one shanked punt, I think he more than made up for it with his freaking bomb of 80-some-odd yards. Other than that, I'd say that's pretty much how my gameday experience was as well.

Born and raised in good ol' Lincoln Nebraska. Currently going to UNL as a Sophomore Electrical Engineering major. As far as work goes, I'm a pinspotter mechanic at the bowling center in town. Well the only bowling establishment nice enough to call a center in town. I'd have to say that the worst job I've had so far was during the one year that I worked at HY VEE sacking groceries for poeple. Whoa, don't do it if given the choice.

Something that I noticed yesterday while I was at the game was that C. Thomas was getting his a$$ handed to him on almost every play. Running plays he was missing blocks. 5 and 7 step drops he couldn't hold his blocks. Luckily in the second half, when our offense started clicking, we started doing more three step drops so that he didn't have to hold his block for that long. I don't know if he's just not fast enough to keep up with their defensive line or what??? But I think that's definitely something that needs to be addressed before Big XII play. Did anybody else notice this??

dillard played for a few series in the second half. I believe he played until they scored on that long pass play, then coz decided that he should keep the first string D in for awhile longer.
