    Wonder what the Tiger board would say if Bo left? Either for NU or A&M, or somewhere else, he is ready to become HC at a decent school. Their message board was definately filled with Husker Haters.

    That is truly wishful thinking. And no, even if the top 70 lose no one would believe we should be in the top 25. And unfortunately, given the way we are playing, they would be right.

    Circus work is about all Callahan and Cosgrove seem to be fit for. Not sure about the junior staff, but the offense seemed to try on Saturday. Remember, Cally brought the OC to the field so he could concentrate on the defense. We saw how well the D did.

    If the threads were coach wish lists, then it looks like they all got combined.

    I always thought that Turner Gill not Frank Solich should have gotten the HC job when TO retired. I believe it would not be a bad idea to offer it to him now. Especially if Bo decides he has a chance at LSU HC and doesn't want to come back to a messed up NU.

    You know, you could not change the poor fella's name, and not admit the reason you gave him that name. Renaming him now might confuse him. But if you insist on it, try Bo.

    If TO is not ready to get rid of Callahan yet (because he does not have a replacement lined up), then maybe he should force Callahan to get rid of Cosgrove, and ask Charlie McBride to come out of retirement to finish out the season as DC. A replacement DC could be found after Callahan's replacement has been brought in.

    Guess today's game will be about which side can get it back together better. Not terribly optimistic because the half time locker room talk will be from Callahan, not TO. Now, if TO talks to the players - and gives them the inspiration needed, that might make the difference. Just have to remember who is coaching and how good/bad he is.

    I would love to see Bo in as coach. Or Turner Gill. Or someone that TO has interviewed and observed. Just want to see Callahan and Cosgrove gone. And no, I don't think Solich should come back, even if I did not like his firing at the time. Things have changed in the last four years, for everyone.

    Amazing the number of people who believe that just because TO is back we will win. That will happen only if the players have been faking the disconnect. Cosgrove and Callahan still can't coach, and I doubt they really lisnted to TO at the practices.

    I would advise having a radio with ear buds. Done discreetly enough and you will be able to listen to the Husker game and support a friend.

    I hope IBR will come back. Of course, he could still be here - just under another name.

    I do not feel to sorry for Pederson or Callahan. Remember Pederson gets a 2.2 million dollar buyout, and Callahan's would be around 8 million dollars. Conceivabley neither would need to work again, unless they blew all the money.

    Perlman sounds like a lawyer or politician. He is not answering any questions, or announcing any changes. Would be nice if he would just man up.

    I am watching the Perlman press conference, he is very good at not answering questions. This is not a good sign. I hope that more is going on than we are hearing now. It would have been nice if he could have had his interium AD at the podium with him.
