I made this post in that mizzou offense thread earlier and am curious who you think will emerge as our most consistent offensive threat. I also heard something about a walk on from beatrice thats supposed to be decent height with a good three pointer, anybody know anything about him?

I dont remember exactly how he said it but towards the end of the season one of the announcers said something about nebraska being a fun team to watch but also painful to watch or something along those lines. We were way to inconsistent and I hope next year someone can step up for the entire season and stay consistent. Anderson? McCray? Jones? Henry? Richardson? Diaz? One of the new JUCOs?...idk your guess would be as good as anybodys.

Explain how that makes the first two rounds pointless for me then please. The first rounds are the most important, if you miss the first round games then obviously you wont be able to get the rest of the games. Each round totals out to be worth 32 points so they are all even

With March Madness about to begin, I am hosting a bracket competition on Yahoo for HuskerBoard members. It is free to enter and just for fun. To Join 1. Why do you say top 5? I think we absolutely need a top 4 to have a chance at making it. The top 4 teams get to sit the first round out, if we are in 5th and win the first game then we would have to play the 4 seed team and if you get past them then the next game you will most likely play the number one seed. 1997 was the first year for the Big XII tournament and no team below a 3 seed has ever won the tournament. I think our only legitimate chance would be if we make it to the Big XII Championship Game.

I heard from multiple people who saw him practice here at Nebraska that he really wasn't anything he was said to be from the start.

my bro and I set out one day here in lincoln to go find one and we went to all of the husker stores and found nothing that is just a pure winter coat. I used to have a few myself.

They are trying to get a medical redshirt for Jones. He still plays decent, but his foot isn't right and needs to have surgery.

According to a Vol fan: "Nebraska has bigger problems than UT as far as recruiting is concerned. There isn't enough talent within 700 miles of NU to compete with any of the South division. Mizzou will fade but the Big 12 North isn't close to being competitive with the South. IMO, the team headed in the right direction is Colorado. The results aren't there yet but Hawkin is building. Colorado doesn't have a ton of talent either but has long ties to California and offers more "amenities" such as the Rockies et al to attract national recruits than any of the other North teams." I hope none of their recruits come from this no talent zone he speaks of.

Because we should always listen to Mark May as Nebraska fans... I think he will end up here, but if he doesn't then we'll be fine without him.
