There isn't really one area you can blame on a football team for turnovers. You can get turnovers from having good secondary coverage i.e. sacks, interceptions, hurried passes, etc. Also when the glory day Huskers hit people, it was like they had c4 explosives taped to their shoulder pads, and when they hit people the player on the receiving end just got BLOWN up.

Matt Herian was a bad ass at tight end.... even with him getting injured, he still broke the receiving yards record for tight ends at NU and was not fully utilized during his time here.

I saw the header for this topic so I thought I'd check in and see what it's about. I didn't read all the posts because some of them seemed a little lengthy. But one thing that stuck out in my mind was that "The Biggest Embarrasment" Myself as a Husker fan would never be embarrased to be a husker fan or of other husker fans, because we all bleed the same color..... I would rather use dissapointment or dissapointed! It's been a down year and everyone has been impacted by it, keep you chins up!!

The UNO Mavericks landed a first round bye, and will be playing the winner of Ashland and Central Washington. The Mavericks have had a very promising season, and have looked oustanding the times I have been there to watch. I just wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were and if anyone would be there to root on the Nebraska team that is really kickin alot of ass this year!

Although I was pretty young when Berringer was playing, I can see some small similarities.

Personally I think that Nebraska has the same chance to beat CU than they have any other team they've played this season. We have seen our Huskers do some good things this year, i.e. last Saturday. But there are to many variables that need to be on to make this team really kick ass: coaching, play calling, players, etc... Lets hope they go out and make the Buffs look silly and not make this season worse than it already has been. But as far as a percentage chance of NU winning this game it is %RANDOM%

I totally agree, who knows if Kuli made the decision based on the fact that he knows someone will be the coach, or it could just be the fact that he likes Nebraska and believes that he will be a dominant force here playing amongst the Big XII teams. These are the type of players Nebraska needs to be apart of the team!

I heard the same thing, just a smidge different tho.... I heard instead of the U.S. he was going to be coaching the Jamaican bobsled team!! COOL RUNNINGS!!!
