They hate us? Who knew? I guess Cy tries to hate me. He is not good at it, though. K-State fans get mad because we really hate Mizzou, and they are just rivals. But Iowa State, hmmm.... Well maybe not hate, but Missouri and Kansas are top of the totem pole for being disliked here of course Iowa is like the #1 enemy, ISU fans aren't the most hardcore fans I have ever met. I've grown up with a Husker driven dad so my passion outside of school, family and friends, is basically husker football. Very few ISU fans care about the other team we just hope we win..... well actually if ISU went 1-11 but beat Iowa it would be a winning season lol

Im a freshman at ISU, and I one of the biggest husker fans around and I wear my Husker gear around every Saturday unless they blow it .....Oklahoma.... but no one ever says anything to me actually people come up to me and ask me about Nebraska football. Plus there is a common passion for hating Kansas and Missouri at ISU so Nebraska is a common ally.

Oh yea for all you anaylsis type people look at Pryor and his passion and will to win, when i watching the game he seems like he does the minimum to succeed like running out of bounds where there was obviously another 10 yards and his throwing motion is awful so he obviously doesnt practice hard enough to improve. Knowing how NU recruits i expect Green to develop better than Pryor becuase he not only as physical attributes but also the mental.

Dang, I respect you guys for researching all of these stats and debating with eachother, I think this forum could start a national debating team lol, but you really can't tell how is going to play until he start playing football at NU. He could be the best QB ever or not even a QB who knows.

If we are going keep the same offense which i doubt it will be Witt for sure but if we put in more option it will be a Spano/Green toss up especially if Green get a grasp on most of the offense, in my opinion his athletic ability will off set most of his lack in experience look at Baylors QB he ran all over us and its Baylor imagine Green with a real OL and playmakers at RB

Big, big difference comparing a QB to a WR. It's even pretty silly to compare the two. You take Paul out of this game, who notices? Besides the fact we get numerous silly penalties taken away. You take Ganz out of this game, we get blown out. Fair enough but I'm just saying that his mistakes are a bug reason the game was so close and it is unfair to just point the finger at Paul.

Honestly if you are going to say Paul played poorly, then you would have to say the same for Ganz, 2 of his mistakes lead straight to 14 of Clemson's 21 points, but Ganz stuck to it and ended up playing well. On the other hand Paul had little chances to make his situation better plus some of Ganz's throws to him were off target. Paul will be a key reciever next year.

9-3 is starting to look like a really valid record for the Huskers this year. I know it's still to early to tell , but if our run game keeps being efficient and the defense keeps playing above par defense I think a 9-3 record is very attainable. The only games I see us really having a difficult time is Missouri, Oklahoma, and TT, and who knows we might win one or two of those.
