I think Marlon was a great open field runner, and an above average receiver out of the backfield. He was not very good between the tackles, and never seemed to break a tackle. I loved his athleticism and glad he played well in the game, but he is a third down back at best in the NFL in my opinion. I hope he has a long career.....

So true....it is that kind of play that is a signature of Nebraska football. It also a good example of what a Pelini team looks like and what I am still trying to forget a Callahan team looks like as well.

Obviously, I hope he stays. If he is projected to be in the 1st round then you can't blame him for leaving. There are no guarantees and that is big money in the 1st round. He can always come back and get his degree.....he will be able to afford it! If he projects into the 2nd or 3rd round then I think there is an excellent chance that he stays......it would make some financial sense for him to do so. SUUUUUHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

One question....I am really not that guy that really gives two sheets about the broadcasters....I am tuning in to watch the game....not them. But answer me this......ONE TIME DURING THAT BROADCAST DID THEY MENTION HOW OUR DEFENSE WAS DOMINATING CLEMSON? ESPECIALLY AGAINST THEIR VAUNTED RUN? THEY DIDN'T ONCE HIGHLIGHT HOW WE HELD THEM TO 2 YARDS RUSHING!!!! That was the story of that game. THEY WERE TERRIBLE!!!!!

Having two sons myself...love the story. We are lucky enough to live 8 hours from Lincoln so try to get to a least one home game a season. This year was Colorado and was that ever memorable. Glad to hear you are starting em' young in your house too!!!!

Thank you TO for coming back and seeing that this program got turned back around. Thanks to BO for coming back and bringing back the Nebraska traditions......especially the love for the game and playing ALL OUT ALL THE TIME. Thanks to the seniors....you turned this program around and laid the foundation the coaching staff asked you for. And to all the players FOR PLAYING YOUR AZZZZZ's off all season. Worst call I have seen in years......AND I WATCH ALOT OF FB!

How many times did they mention how our defense completely shut down their run.....uh.......ZERO! That was the most biased, uneducated call I have seen in years. I have red glasses but that was ridiculous today! Oh we are letting Steve Beurlein off too easy....he was as bad as Fouts!!!
