the first interception and touchdown? Watching on the west coast they didn't cut to the Holiday Bowl until the Humanitarian Bowl was over and the coach gave a lil post game speech. When it FINALLY turned to the Holiday bowl the score was already NU 7 AU 0. WTF ESPN? Did it do that to everyone in the country?

Where are you hearing this? I've never heard anything like that. Missouri fans seemed a little pissed at being picked for a lesser bowl..so they found some random emails that IOWA State had been sending to alum and donors...9to poke fun at) basically saying that if you do intend to go to the game...great...but five tickets and give em to folks or just buy em to show that we can sell tickets. and others on tigerboard are boasting about how they are buyin tickets and giving them out ...

I have been reading over the past few days that teams are actually asking fans to buy tickets to bowl games...even if they do not intend to use them. The premise is that it will appear that the school sells a lot of tickets...even though the stadium may appear somewhat empty. Has anyone else heard of this? I know that Iowa state is one of the teams and that Missouri is one as well (but I don't think Missouri Big Wigs asked the fans to do it).

Just called holiday bowl general info and the game will officailly be a sellout by later today! Thank god I got my tickets! GO BIG RED!

I will be at the Holiday Bowl and because I can't get a babysitter or I am a bad parent, I will be bringing my 9 month old child. She is well aquainted with me jumping up and down yelling during football games so I am sure the noise won't be an issue... But I was looking for some good SUH sign ideas that incorporate my kid. I was thnking...Even my baby is afraid of SUH. Good..bad? any help?

I have no issues with this prediction. It is fair and obvioulsy written by someone that has watched our games...and is not simply looked at the scores and our record. I especially like the line about Missouri in last year's B12CG. I am praying for a Husker victory, but even in a loss, I see a big step forward this season! Bring on the Longhorns!!
