looks great on film...fast , shifty ...this is exactly the type of RB we really need and has been missing for a while...think people make too big of a deal of his size ( look at jaqquizz rodgers, noel devine just to name a few)....i rather have these smaller shifty type backs with speed and vision....

heard it before that at times in practice he's almost unstopable...think the main problem is consistency....haven't been given a chance very much if at all during game....could be one of those players that turns on the light switch on game day...good to see he's finally getting a chance to be out there

live in MI...it's gets sh#tty in the winter...been to maryland and penn. and they're all sh#tty in the winter...

sometime there's a big difference between track speed and game speed...as long as he can play fast that's ok

we really need the smaller elusive WRs....we've been recruiting nothing but big WRs for the last 5 yrs...big WRs are good for jump situation but realistically how many time in a game do we throw up a jump ball...we need the smaller shifty guys to get separation from the DBs....

i am going to take some hostages and demand that the huskers play better...lol...if they don't then i'll get rid of the hostages one by one..

You are a respected fan, as are 99.9 percent of Husker faithful. I think OU got a lot of breaks that they took advantage of and that is what moved OU ahead. Nebraska will ALWAYS be a class act in my book, and you will be back on the national scene in a BIG way; just give it a few years. I want Nebraska to be good again, REALLY good. That WILL happen. That's the problem when you don't have the speed to match up man to man. You can try to put your DBs where you expect their receivers to go, but if the opposing QB isn't pressured (which is mostly what happened last night), it's pretty easy for recievers to use the extra time get open. right on....a DB's best friend is a good pass rush

Wow dude or lady not sure with your name.. Go back to watching the disney channel if you cant take a few Fbombs.. Those kids are not a bunch of pansies out there.. Chances are most of them have heard alot worse from there father when playing high school football... And if you didnt watch the game they just got their ass's handed to them and I am pretty sure if you were watching the game YOU dropped a few F-BOMBS to.. totally agreed...guys talk sh#t on the field all the time....if they can't handle a coach yelling at them then they don't need to be on the field

like it or not talent usually wins out in the end.....otherwise we would see harvard or yale in the BCS every year...coaching can only get you so far...there is no substitution for speed and athlethic ability

i agreed that you gotta show up for the game and all that....as far as the talent gap between NU and OU not being that great, you're joking right?...OU is faster and more athletic...talent usually wins out in the end...BO will do just fine just need to give the guy time to recruit

i'm a big time college football fan and of course an NU fan...one thing i've notice is that NU haven't had a playmaker with speed in a long long time....even some of the smaller schools or lesser known programs have a speed guy....if a cinncinati or troy(example) can recruit speed there's no why we can't...it MUST be a priority

gotta love the intensity..lol...they showed a replay of pelini screaming into the headset..the guy had spits flying everywhere and i thought his eyes was gonna pop out...lol....that intensity!!!

it was a beat down last night...we all knew OU was better...i, for one , wasn't that upset....just gotta give pelini time to bring in his players...we'll be alright in the future...gotta accept it for what it is sometimes

one thing about helu is that he is a great cut-back guy ...when he makes that cut back he's decisive...as much as people complain about lucky i don't think he's playing that bad...i mean the guy goes in there and does what the coaches ask him to do...he's different from helu...they both have their strenghts...i think he sometimes get unfairly criticize

i don't believe i saw at all last night. thought he was healthy now...there was even talk of him getting some playing time earlier in the week because of dillard's absent...is it still possible for him to redshirt this year?

demorrio was listed at 6-1 205lbs. at NU and didn't bulk up until he got to the nfl...he was a nightmare on pass rush...i think in the future the coaching staff will re-evaluate the type of players ( physically) they want to have at a certain position...i think our DEs and LBs will be lighter in the future just so they could be more mobile....we already saw a number of players losing weight in BO's first year...expect leaner faster players on D in the near future

kinda expected OU to run up and down the field on our D...athletically we just don't match up very well against them..didn't expect the game to get out of hand so soon though...funny thing about this lost is i wasn't as upset as some of the other losses...we all new OU was a better team...sometime you just have to admit the other team is better than you..good luck to OU the rest of the season...

not fast enough?...are you serious?...castille would easily be our fastest and most athletic LB...he might not look that fast as an IB but trust me he would be plenty fast for a LB ( look at cody glenn)... glenn didn't look that fast as an IB either but for a LB he is fast...castille was recruited by most school as a LB..and from the sound of it he was a " wrecking ball".....
