Yes, I like how Bo Pelini owned it and told us what it is. He's emotional about it too. That's a coach to me that cares for this program. You just need to give Bo Pelini time and patience. We don't have the players to compete to this level yet. We get the talent that's coming and we'll get this program built back on top soon. It'll take awhile.

With KU and Mizzou, it took awhile before they were on top of the Big 12 world. Just give it time. Things will be better. Now I knew something like this would happen given how strong the Big 12 is. You can't go from losing record to instant contenders in one year. It doesn't work that way. PATIENCE is the name of the game. Give it that and all will be good. To the losers who wanted Bo out, just deal with what we have now. Things will look better.

As for the other upset alerts involving Big 12 teams, I agree with Texas/Colorado given the altitude and the sCUm team that's figuring out ways to win ball games. Texas Tech/KSUcks, that one may be a shootout and Tech may have an average secondary. But KSUcks is a lot worse on offense than what foxsports.com is telling ya. That has to change if KSUcks is wanting to pull off the upset against Texas Tech, although I doubt that happens.

That's how I read it, at least. i don't know about everyone else, but this really excites me..... shows that mizzou is a touch over confident coming into this game..... maybe a huge play by our defense early on could get us up a couple of scores early... if the team comes to play......before mizzou realizes what just hit him......nothing better than overconfident college kids.. because then they really are expecting it to come pretty easily for them... Let Gabbert and Daniel keep facebooking each other. We'll show those two on the field what we're made of.
