  1. Hey all, my wife (brilliant that she is and yes it is here typing this) figured out how to extract the audio from a youtube video. For anyone else who may need it, here is a gift from her...
  2. That would be great, thank you!
  3. Thank you Eliot but were trying to find the whole saying. But I will say Grant doing that in the orange bowl before the Tenn. game is bar none the best ever.
  4. My wife is working on a video and can not find the Husker Prayer mp3 anywhere. The links on Huskerboard were moved or no longer are available. The link that normally works on www.huskerbay.com are broken. Any help is appreciated...
  5. Nice win Big Red go get the pu&&y cats on Wednesday
  6. Crowd sounds awesome 2:00 min left Where in the hell is Tony NU by 5
  7. The data is skewed because of the injury in Martinez' fourth conference game. There's a clear drop-off after the injury vs. Missouri. Against K-State he was fine, against Texas he was OK, against Oklahoma State he was fine, against Missouri he was OK, then injured. You can't simply look at the year and say, "Yep, he struggled in conference" because you don't know whether the injury made him struggle or the better competition, or a combination of the two. Personally, the jury is still out for me. Martinez did some things that made me perk up like no quarterback has since Crouch. He did some things that were the worst things I've seen since... not sure when. He was both very good and very bad. His behavior was open to question as well. I'll welcome him back next year with open arms, confident he'll have matured and improved, but if we have someone better, I'm all for that guy, too.
  8. This is awesome info B Ball Backer thanks for posting
  9. This stat will be severly tested the 29th of this month first. That is when A&M comes to town, quite arguably the best team in the conference, definitely the best rebounding team. Huh well the best team is getting blown out as we speak
  10. I've always said to myself, "I'll care about UNL hoops when UNL cares about UNL hoops." Maybe that time is now? I'll admit, I'm not much of a basketball fan. I've been to a number of women's games in the past few years taking my family, but I think I've been to maybe two men's basketball games in the 22 years I've lived in Lincoln. In those 22 years there just hasn't been much to cheer about. I'm a Chicago Bulls fan, and aside from the Jordan Years in the 90s, I barely watch them. Never watch the NBA, rarely watch college hoops, and only follow March Madness to see how my brackets are doing. I think a lot of Husker fans are this way. We're the Kansas Football Fans of basketball. Frankly, we just haven't had much to cheer about for.... ever. I think the last time I really paid attention to the Huskers (read: had any reason to pay attention to them) was back in the days of the Polish Rifle. So I ask you, B-Ball followers - is it time? Has Doc built a team that won't utterly collapse on me, wasting my time? Don't waste your time if you didn't follow the huskers during their run in the 90's I'm not sure what you want. Sounds to me if the teams are not winning you could care less.
  11. Wow look at all of the husker bball fans?
  12. Early mid 90's = Erick Strickland. Best athlete to don the scarlet and cream. Seriously the guy was awesome. Could have played football and baseball too. Easily Yep Eric was a bad ass I will never forgot going to the Big 8 championship game at Kemper arena win the skers won it all
  13. Bball backer did you follow NU hoops during the 90's? It was pretty awesome back then, that is where I want this program to be at.
  14. Except for the start of the game we played them even up. Ray G. and Beranek did not play well at all. Neither did Ubel.
  15. I was wondering if B Rich was going to play or not. Why is Bear not playing? GBR
  16. Blair K of the KC Starr had theirs over the weekend and had the huskers at no. 10
  17. I would say HANC would be the leading candidate
  18. They had there did sh#t govenor on the radio at halftime and he was bragging how MU is a top 10 powerhouse in football and basketball. Also said that MU will be in the Big 10. The guy still hasn't learned to keep his mouth shut.
  19. Thanks for the input. I was wondering since most of the stadiums are bigger if they would give more tickets.
  20. Have a question for the Big 10 people on the board. What is the rule on how many tickets the visisting team will recieve? Just curious how it compares with the Big 12. In the Big 12 it is 5000 or you can request more.
