November 23rd is a bad day for us, historically. Like, REALLY BAD. Like, 9 straight losses bad, including some of the worst and most notorious in school history.
2007: Colorado 65-51 LOSS
2001: Colorado 62-36 LOSS
1990: Oklahoma 45-10 LOSS
1985: Oklahoma 27-7 LOSS
1974: Oklahoma 28-14 LOSS
1973: Oklahoma 27-0 LOSS
1972: Oklahoma 17-14 LOSS
1968: Oklahoma 47-0 LOSS
1967: Oklahoma 21-14 LOSS
The last win on November 23 was 1963, against Oklahoma.... a game that was controversial because it was 24 hours after the death of JFK and there were many who felt it should not have been played.
Wait a minute.... bad karma?
In all seriousness.... what happens tomorrow probably has nothing to do with this, but I did find this kind of spooky.
Should point out that not all of these fell on Black Friday (obviously it's impossible for it to happen three years in a row, for example)..... but the last three have.
