I'm hoping for 10-2 like everybody else but I think we lose at KU, and against OU. Possibly even lose at CU as much as I hate to say it. But that prediction could change in the meantime if we get our offense together and things figured out.

LOL man reality sucks, spend all off season and in between games dreaming and then you lose and start looking for things that could possibly salvage the season in your mind. Man college football is rough on the stress capacity...

You're absolutely right. Either option has a considerable downside, but frankly even in the short term I'm more comfortable with Green. This may have disastrous consequences when Oklahoma comes to town, but you can throw a big game for three more years with an experienced quarterback. You've already burned his his redshirt bridge. You're already standing on this side of the river. Time to march forward with that decision and live with the consequences. Agreed.

In my opinion the running game has nothing to do with the running backs. In fact the RB position might be the most overrated and overemphasized position in football. Look at a team like Iowa. Are you telling me their two freshmen running backs are world class athletes? Please. What they have is an offensive line that opens gaping holes that I could run through. Our problem on offense is a lack of discipline and explosion from the line. The running backs we have should be more than enough to account for a couple hundred yards a game (especially against the run Ds we've been seeing). We have a lack of commitment to the run and poor coaching from front to back on how to execute it. We think the zone read is this cure all––well it ain't. A cure all is lining it up and pounding your opponent into submission whether they have 5, 7, 8, or 11 guys in the box. But you have to commit to it and condition yourself to that hard style of play. Start against ISU. Exactly, and yeah ISU would be a good place to start. If Green is starting for now on like we hope the run will have to get better to take pressure off of Cody.

I still believe we can win the North, we just gotta fix our offense... Not that it will be an easy fix...

Nice to see KU exposed again, this time for a loss. But it still doesn't take the pain away...

Not exactly, I really would like to see us get as much as we can out of Cody Green at this point. I mean we burned his redshirt and yeah there will be rough spots but I honestly think at this juncture that he can and will make bigger plays for us than Zac will.

Bring back TG or sell the ranch to get P. Johnson......we "must" be able to run the ball! I agree, it is a MUST. We just need to get somebody in here that will truly commit to making it a priority because without a running threat there is no passing threat...

KU has jumped ahead. CU has done this 2 straight weeks. KU's D sure does suck, we might be able to put up 14 to 20 points on them! LOL! I like how you say 14 to 20 points like that's alot. But I guess compared to 10 it is isn't it...

There are no gimmes in college football anymore but ISU and Baylor should help us get some confidence back in our offense... I hope.

That was stupid. Just hit the button once man. I did! The thing kept giving me the error and it had done so on multiple threads. You act like it was intentional. I haven't been on this forum long enough to know all the little kinks and how to avoid them. I posted. It said could't find page. I backed up...refreshed nothing. So i tried it 3 more times each the same checking to see if it worked before posting again. Then they all showed up at once. Chill out. LOL he didn't waste any time jumping on you about that. The officiating this game was f*cking horrible. It didn't cost us the game but it sure as hell didn't help us at all.
