  4. It was a mailbag question. Apparently he gave a hasty one word answer about Aaron Green that must have confused a bunch of people. I didn't look too far into it. He said Green had to make the choice of "play with your Texas boys in front of your friends and family" or "play thousands of miles away" Apparently Texas is picking up speed with him due to Nebraska moving to the big10. His last point was that Aaron wouldn't even be considering Nebraska if Andrew wasn't there. Uh oh this was what I was afraid of. Can anyone clarify this though?
  5. "The hurt locker" that is incredibly clever my friend
  6. Can u find out who they had #1 in previous years?
  7. What about him? 2 years in the NFL, 1 in the WFL as a too-small DT. One of the all-time great Husker players, but he doesn't belong in any conversations about best pro Huskers. OK before my time so didn't know that. Thanks
  8. Don't forget that Neil Smith also won 2 Super Bowls with the Broncos. nobody cares about the broncos I'm a chiefs fan soooo Neil is quite a confliction 4 me, but my allegiance is first to the Huskersso I still like the dude haha What about Rich Glover?
  9. Ahman Green is the all-time leading rusher in Green Bay Packers history, that has got to get him in the top 5. Irving Fryar , Will Shields, Bob Brown are all three good ones. Roger Craig I guess. Tom Rathman was good, Wistrom is up there as well. I guess mine would go like this. 1. Bob Brown (HOFer baby) 2. Will Shields 3. Roger Craig 4. Ahman Green 5. Irving Fryar Forgot about Rathman and Green, good thinking. Also what about Rozier anyone, not wat he was in college (maybe because of the injury he sustained after the Miami game ) but he did have more than one 1000 yrd rushing season
  10. So I got asked by a friend today what has Nebraska done in the pros, so of course I talk about Craig, then Winstrom, Shields, Thomas, fryar, Bob brown, and Guy Chamberlain. But it got me thinking, who were the most successful Huskers in the NFL. So my question 4 y'all is who would ur top 5 b and y?
  11. Jamal, Tevin Mitchell, Ryan Klachko, Dylan Admire, Kevin Williams, Tyler Moore, are all on him... they're all recruiting him hard. I wanna tell you guys something... the offensive lineman in this recruiting class have already bonded very strongly... they're contacting guys all over the country to try to get them to come to Nebraska and are teaming up their networking and resources to do it together... Dylan Admire knew Bubba Starling and called him up... Jamal knew Tevin and pulled him in and now both of them have been talking to Aaron Green... Tyler Moore is working hard on Anthony Chickillo and Alex Dixon... the recruits haven't even signed yet and yet they're already bonding as a team. Freaking awesome!!! Pipeline anyone?
  12. New rivals teaser out about him clearing the air... anyone got an idea about what he's saying about us?
  13. Oklahoma has already said it happen cause they don't wanna play both us and Texas every year. I'm in for preserving the KU game, isn't it one of the longest continuous rivalries west of the Mississippi? Besides when the b12 breaks up they could very well join us in the b10, so maybe Wed only have to preserve it for a few years, probably til 2016 which actually might b pretty hard, but I say if we can do it-do it. Oklahoma usually has a tough non-conference schedule so I don't know why they wouldn't want to play us. Whoops forgot the word "wouldn't "
  14. Oppressive Texas is appealing
  15. Michigan is also supposedly getting faster with RichRod's spread ... that's if he stays though But I agree I used to always see it as a slow conference, but maybe that's cause I stereotyped the Big 10
  16. Just about couldn't a said it better myself. Asante's penalties won't b missed though, but I loved the guys intensity... hed bull ya over
  17. now we gotta start comparing our recruiting classes w The big 10 schools rather than teams like Missouri, Texas, and OU. Any recruiting experts wanna take the liberty to map out how were stacking up against the competition? Also I think we had the best rivals ranking outa the big 10 last year, but maybe Penn State did better
  18. Oklahoma has already said it wouldn't happen cause they don't wanna play both us and Texas every year. 19. Dude we have a team jet!!!!
