Man, I have seen some hot girls get "educated" by drunk Husker fans on Husker history. It is painful! I don't do it myself, I just find other ways to annoy people at Husker games.

Honestly, NU fans are just like every other fan base. You have some idiots, but NU idiots can be totally annoying as they try to "educate" other fans all the time. I see this while T-gating all the time, its terrible. Look, no other fan from another school wants/needs you to educate them on NU's history. I always feel sorry for the other schools fan that is getting "educated" by the NU fan while drinking some beers. Who has seen this happen besides me?

Okay, so I will be desiging our teams football camp tshirts here in a few days. Feel free to give me some ideas for cool sayings, please! I am drawing a blank. The past two years were: STRONG START STRONG FINISH NO EXCUSES Now, our colors are red, white and black. Feel free to give me any ideas you have.

Have any of you bought or tried to buy a house that was a short sale? If so, how did it go for you and what kind of deal were you able to get? I just missed out on one here in Omaha, listed at 166K 4 years ago, down to 129K as of last month, short sale home. It sold for under 100K. Very pissed I missed it. 3 bed, 3 bath, 2200 Sq Ft. Millard North area. I was just wondering if any of you had some experience with short sales, good or bad.

This is the first time someone has posted a pic of one of our players planking. That doesn't mean that planking started in Nebraska today, any more than the fact that the pic of the player's BBQ that I just posted the other day means that was the first time anyone had BBQ'd in Nebraska. I think its clear to see that sarcasim just came to Nebraska. Were you really not picking that up in my post? That facepalm wasn't a "man I can't believe you said that," more of an over-the-top silliness kind of thing. I debated whether I should have left it in there, but I was in a hurry to get to the softball game and left it. Clearly it wasn't as funny as intended, and I apologize. No problem, I think I freaked out a bit for no reason. I feel like I planked up.

Yeah, I do think I will have some for the opener. I usually get them tossed my way for the non-conference games, especially if they are not big ones. I will let you know, it probably wont be until the week of the game.

Okay, I usually get tickets for husker games and I usually get Champions Passes too. I dont make most of the games so I would be selling some of them. Any early games, which doesnt look like many this year, I would be getting rid of. Any game BEFORE the MSU game would also be more likely for me to get rid of. Usually tickets are in one of three spots. Skybox (no parking pass), 50 yardline side about 20 rows up (with parking pass) or endzone next to the aisle about half way up (no parking pass). Sometimes its just Champions passes sometimes its just tickets and sometimes its both. Usually tickets will be two or four, just depends. I offer these up to my friends first but if anyone is ever interested, please let me know. I am in Omaha. Problem is, sometimes I don't even know if I will be getting them until maybe Wednesday or Thursday of that week.

The only thing physically gifted about Keller was his height and weight. Thats it, if he was phsyically gifted beyond that, he would have made an NFL roster.

THIS. This irked many a person off. He had that kind of personality and hadn't done a thing yet on the field. The ASU game obviously didn't help his cause either. Also, many blamed him for the LP situation. Not knowing the mental headcase that LP was, they saw Frost as the guy that cost LP the season and probably the Heisman. I was in class with the girl that was beat up also LP was my Spanish partner, weird huh? His Spanish name was Lorenzo and I got stuck with Angel. We had to do a presentation for class where he was my father or I was the father, I can't remember. All I know is that he spoke fluent Spanish and I kept saying things like "Tocar la Guitara" Which I think means, play the guitar. Needless to say I do not teach that subject

I was in college with Frost at UNL, lots of people hated him at first. But that is what happens when you, gulp, lose one game at NU back then! hahaha

To many of you either never played, never coached or beleive to much of what certain dorks on other sites say. Leadership is these little things, its helping a younger guy out, its making sure they are on time, its telling them what to expect next in a drill. Its telling a guy he can add 5 pounds to his next lift and nail it, sometimes its going up to a guy and telling him he kicked ass at practice or drills today. The over the top RA RA stuff is usually for show. It is the behind the scenes things that make the players respect you. No one is saying he is some great leader now, but the fact that some haters are hating just goes to show how twisted some peoples views are. Its like, that tweet would have had to say: "S/O to T-Moses for leading us across the Red Sea, oh and thanks for reading us the 10 Commandments" Wait, is that over 144 letters? Sometimes leading is even as simple as making sure that a new kid doesnt feel new anymore. Trust me, I coach and have coached for a really long time, seeing a new kid with that deer in the headlight look and then seeing an older player go over and help him out is leadership.

Imagine this. Lets say this tweet said "Did drills today, T-mart ignored me and didnt help" What would haters say then? Would they put a lot of stock in it?

Priceless! I have a feeling that there are a certain few posters on other boards that are also going to rip Tmart over this quote. Think about it, you have a TEAMMATE here who tweeted, which is the same thing as saying it to the press. He singled out ONE guy and only ONE guy and publicly THANKED him for his help. How much more do you want?

Not sure who posted it above but its true. Tmart can say it was tough to lead last year and Green can say Tmart is a great help this year but all that matters to some people is what they think they have heard from an "inside" source.

I don't look at it that way. To me, a BCer is a "fan" that loved BC so much that they sh#t on Bo now, not becuase they think Bo is doing a bad job but because they feel they have to keep defending BC. I supported BC too until I realized he was a terrible coach. If Bo starts going 5-7 all the time and losing games by 30, I will stop supporting him.

That term will always be around.
