  1. It was a run play and we just didn't tackle the guy. exactly......do you hate him because he wins every place he goes to. I hate him because my dad loves him, because he can't stay anywhere for more then 5-6 years, and because he left a hell of a job because of stress. I have ulcers because of stress at work and make 24,000 a year. Must be tough making millions. Edit: last touchdown and more then I care to admit I've drank just final straw and now a cold house. Not proud.
  2. To preface: my dad is a Gators fan and Urban backer, and I've had a few That last touchdown sent me over the edge. Did he really have to score again? That resulted in a broken window at my house on the coldest night so far this fall. . Any other damage out there? Or Urban hatred? That little p#%%& that took time off cuz of stress. Man, I hate him
  3. Wow, can't believe this. A friend told me about a shortage a year ago, but I laughed at him. Guess I owe him an apology. New tradition idea: toilet paper and/or red streamers
  4. They used to have the official husker app for $2.99 but the stream never worked. Hopefully they do get an app going soon, but expect to pay. I have luck sometimes using the TuneIn Radio app. You have to find a small town Nebraska radio station that carries Sports Nightly. If I remember right, KHAS, or something like that, out of Hastings doesn't block the feed.
  5. MoStateHusker / SledgeMonkey402 BF3 and whatever the newest NCAA football game is at the time
  6. Just got premium for BF3. Loving the Close Quarters combat. It's pretty chaotic and fast paced. All the new stuff is great, but the armoured warfare expansion should be sick. I play xbox 360: SledgeMonkey402
  7. Just have my phone, and for whatever reason the stream wont work on it.
  8. Thanks for posting play by play. I can't listen so this has been awesome. Way to get the win!
  9. That too site is awesome. It was updated within 20 mins after the ksu game. Gonzaga is #2 rpi.
  10. It's tough to measure one persons' growth by wins/losses, but the way we've lost does show repitition in mistakes. I'm not saying its a cure all, but from my experience, having someone leading the team that keeps his cool and stays positive when things aren't going right can reduce the quicksand effect with a team. That leader can be a coordinator, head coach or qb. I don't see any of those on this Husker team.
  11. Shane Falco has the best description of what goes wrong with this team: "You're playing and you think everything is going fine. Then one thing goes wrong. And then another. And another. You try to fight back, but the harder you fight, the deeper you sink. Until you can't move... you can't breathe... because you're in over your head. Like quicksand." When this Nebraska team loses momentum it starts commiting penalties, missing blocks, dropping passes, etc... Over and over again. Quicksand performances seem to come from emotional teams and coaches. They lose discipline and forget fundamentals because they try to do too much. I love Bo and the other coaches, but there needs to be a presence that stays emotionally consistent without the huge mood swings. I hope Bo can be that guy.
  12. That's exactly what worried me when Marvin Sanders stepped down. They need to pick up the physical play.
  13. Completely legal he hit him with his shoulder
  14. Suh gives credit to Nebraska for his aggressive style. http://www.detroitlions.com/news/article-1/Suhs-attributes-his-relentless-style-of-play-to-his-alma-mater/4efe735e-bb6f-4da2-93e1-bfc12ad8e1b6
  15. Cory Ross modeling the new Sacramento home uniform on the right and Ahman Green in the new Omaha home uniform in the back/left
  16. The problem was not the words "Beat Texas" but the lack of public knowledge of the purpose of the video. Which I can't believe that Husker fans are misconstruing and buying into the Texas cons/journalists. It was never made to call out Texas football, athletics, or sexuality. If it was meant to be a video to call out the Longhorns it would have been titled "beattexas.com" or something like it. The video was intended to unite Alumni from around the world for one day, hence the "redoutaroundtheworld.com" site. What better way to unite Alumni and raise some money then by attaching it to what should be a hugely hyped and exciting game. The epic fail is that they didn't launch the full site at the same time (I believe full launch is set for August 8th) as the video. There wouldn't be any confusion on its intent, or this crud floating around if they launched the full site. From Bo Pelini: "Each year our marketing department takes one football game where we kind of take the alumni from around the country and try and make it the designated alumni game," ... "They picked the Texas game" Audio Link from UNL Assistant AD Marc Boehm
  17. I went during the Lincoln marathon. It is so great for the fans but I can't even imagine how much it is helping recruiting. Make sure you check out both the heisman and gameday experience videos. I was kicked out so Doc Sadler could show a bball recruit the gameday experience video.
  18. This quote from Osborne in the Journal Star just confirms who is running the show... I wish Osborne would tell Beebe and Texas today that we don't need them. The Mountain West would be a better option then dealing with the disease know as Texas for one more day.
  19. I want to say about a year ago, T.O. was on Sports Nightly talking about laying out a master plan for expansion to Memorial Stadium. There was no time frame, but he said they were specifically looking to add to the east stadium. 10,000 - 15,000 seats was also mentioned. It would have to be built in a similar fashion to the west stadium by building a separate structure around the existing east stadium because the old structure couldn't handle any more weight. What I envision is a large 2nd balcony on the east side, with a new outer facade mirroring west stadium.
