KU is going to really get screwed in this shakeup. As good as their hoops program has been damn near every year, this whole thing is about football. I guess their Orange Bowl win wasn't enough to get to the top of the list. I'd absolutely LOOOOVVVVVVEEEEEEE to see KU come with us to the Big 10/11 and leave Misery hanging out with Iowa State. That would be beyond awesome!!!

Iowa is like Missouri, just another overrated pissant. OSU should be our #1 rivalry since they have owned the conference lately, and it's a toss up between Mich & Penn St for 2nd place.

NU (and all other teams in the B12) have existing contracts. I'd be tempted to tell Don DF Bebbe where he can stick his ultimatum-and then, just for laughs, call for a vote of all the B12 members to remove him from his position due to incompetence.

I never really paid attention to these since they were not really a big deal at the time, but can anyone tell me what votes that we were the only "No" on? I'm aware of the CCG to Jerry's place vote, what were the others?

Word from a pretty legit insider on HI is that we should have a soft-landing no matter what. Evidently the PAC would be interested if we're available. He doesn't see us being left holding the bag. Of course we won't be left out. That's a no brainer. The Pac 10 & Big 10/11 would take us in a heartbeat over many of the teams that they are considering. We have nothing to worry about.

Who cares about Iowa? I'm just hoping for the chance to b-slap Notre Dame every couple of years.
