does anyone think that a player will lose something if he doesnt atleast get on the field alil bit, even if on special teams. just seems like a year off from game experience could be a bad thing, especially for skill players

this kansas game is like last years iowa state game... we NEED this win!!! it is very important to the rest of our season. once they get some confidence back it will give them alil better chance to beat ksu and cu

imo i never really liked martz... he has won games but he hasnt used his rb's as a threat that they are, he just used them to set up the pass. stephen jackson had 170 some yards for the first time in his career last week. he could do that every week but i dont think martz would have ever let him. if they focused some on their defense in the offseason they could be at the top of the nfc next year

i cant believe i thought they were gonna go to the super bowl i also thought the ravens were gonna go too... haha i am not good at predicting i guess. i feel bad for culpepper, hes a superb athlete and can get it done wen he has time, but i think he really really misses randy moss... and a good coach. tice was never the answer imo. maybe mike martz goes up there or something cause well... he wont be in st louis after this season imo

i think kst is a win. they are no way as talented as oklahoma imo. similar game, but a better start hopefully and it should be a win.

look at ucla though... karl dorrell is in his third year i think and he was 6-6 last year and i dont believe much better the year b4 that. this year he is doin a great job... imo it takes 3 years to get accustomed to the system, the new coaches, and their teammates. there have been way too many coaching changes throughout the program the past few years which created the whole situation callahan had himself in last year. he is steadily working to keep every1 together and get something goin. if blake and every1 stays next year will be the year that will be an improvement on the scoreboard, not just on the field.

i would find it hard to imagine adding wat... 10,000 seats would actually hurt the attendence record. i'm sure there are 10,000 people around the country that would come to see a nebraska game. ive heard so many statements like, "husker football is the only thing in nebraska, its life" and stuff like that. if it is just that, there should be no problem... plus the louder the better i say, enclose that alil more and add a few thousand and it could be one of the loudest if not the loudest

i like how in the article they refs said nothing about the missed call of the holding, yet they talked bout bc's lil motion of his arm

despite the coach despite the teams bad play lately, this team will not give up and either should the fans. i hate hearing people say how the program is going down hill. besides the point that i think it will be up again in the next few years, the fact that nebraska has had this sort of tradition and excellence over the past half of a decade almost is a blessing. at points it gets bad, but because they have that tradition that nebraska is so known for it will bring this program back to the top. that is how we recruit players. they dont want to come to nebraska because of its stunning location or anything... just academics and tradition. they will be back, these coaches and players arent that bad, plus im sure they havent shown us anything of wats to come in the next few decades.

to a point, it is great to see this type of parody. All of these guys on tv talk bout how the big 12 is down this year, but imo it has been the closest race that i can remember. texas is the obvious favorite, but there are teams on the end of their schedule that can match most of that talent they have and put up a fight. I look at a conference like the acc which every1 sees as the best, and i really can't find anything better from the big 12 to the acc besides the rankings and alil east coast bias. just because texas is the only team in the national title hunt, doesnt mean the conference is down at all. its looking up in the next few years... many good games to come!

do u think that the defense needs to like flip out after every call they think they should get like they do in the nfl? do they not go up and tell them to watch out for this stuff? maybe if they pointed it out to the refs during the game, they will get it called more often.

should he be fined? no, not at all. it was a better gesture than the old marcus vick flip off or something like that.

its better than them laying down and taking it imo, they fight just like the team. its great to see that fire and passion in the coaches as well as the players

u could tell callahan was pissed after the game... his voice went like 3 times higher wen he started to talk bout the officials (or not talk bout the officials)
