I'm pretty good friends with his cousin and he was saying that niles got some pretty nasty stuff on his facebook. I feel bad for the guy... but still. We all know ISU, TTU, UT. He can't escape criticism by words alone. His actions on the field have to become more consistent and I'm a little worried about his work ethic as it seems he's been at the same point for the last 2-3 years. THAT BIENG SAID (on here i mind you, not to his face) for someone to say that to a guy when he's down is not ok even if you arent a NEBRASKA fan. Anyone else think Zac should be out guy and have t-mart in there as the wild-cat/tebow type player his freshman year? Zac manages the game and puts together CONSISTENT, LONG SUSTAINED drives better than almost anyone i've ever seen... which is something we really haven't had this year... i was worried after watching us stall at idaho after they figured us out for most of the game... and I still am especially since we havent had 1 touchdown drive this year when the starters were in of more than 7 plays... ridiculous but it looks good since martinez was able to run for 6 most times. When we need to grind it out though, he doesn't show up and we know that lee does. kid has coconut-sized cajones.

now they took the audio away on the embedded too... if you want to watch it with the audio... play the low quality vimeo one at the same time as the youtube... sorry haha

I feel really bad for cody and zac... both of them are great faces for our program, Cody never waivered on his commitment despite the growing trend being to switch pledges. They both bleed Husker red, and no one can forget how gritty Lee was for us last year and how he took all the un-characteristically harsh remarks about his performance in stride and didn't offer the injury information until after the season was over. Cody was interviewed today and he was so happy until they asked him a question about T-Mart and he kind of winced. These guys are just kids, and although T-Mart is the best QB, I really feel bad for what has happened to the other two especially Zac (Hasn't played last 2 weeks). I guess it would be easier if T-Mart wasn't so quiet or didn't seem so cocky to me. He's our guy, I just wish he was a little more likable. Either way, Cody will always be that Nebraska recruit stereotype that would do anything for a shot to make a big play or a positive contribution, and Zac will always be this:

They always gave me crap. I remember someone saying "bend over and take it like a coyote" I always said I'm from Nebraska i'm a Husker fan. This was 5 or so years ago. I haven't seen them in years. If I could i would say "now who's bending over" LOL. Um... what were they doing when they told you this?

Whoa whoa whoa, Miss Lippy, Crouch was like a sub 4.4 wasn't he? I'd say Martinez is more like 4.45-4.48 nope. He has been said to have mid 4.3 speed. The announcers said last week that he had been clocked at a 4.33 or something ridiculous like that. I know they said 4.35 or below though.

Haha it's more uncomfortable watching him do an interview than watching Bo do an interview. I can't wait for ESPN or Fox of someone to try and do one of those feature interviews on him where they show clips of it throughout the telecast... it will probably be the funniest thing on TV all year.
