I love K-State football. I hate em if we play them, but the way they play so damn smart. They play hard! Damn I respect that program a lot. I got a lot of respect for Snyder and the way he's able to get the most from his team too. Can't say I care what thier win/loss record is....that's a good football team. They execute, and they play hard. All you can ask.

Gotta say, I really like Huskerboard. We have our moments, but damn, I respect the hell out of the virtual "you's" out there.

For all you whining little b!tches ... for me this loss means I have to take the kids to 20 houses for Trick or Treating tonight. 44 - 55 = 100 points 10.0 homes. Then another 10 homes for each point we lost by. I wasn't planning on going to 20 homes this evening. Gonna be brutal.

2 years after a Mike Shula team went 10-2, a Nick Saban team lost 6 games at Bama.

There is no need for speculation anymore: Mike Riley IS our Howard Schnellenberger (OU edition). The only difference being Howard actually had won a national championship before coaching at OU.

If we had Leonard Fournette would Langsdorf only run him 7 times a game?

After watching and analyzing, theres no amount of clock management or decision making that woulda prevented illinois from moving down the field in the manner that they did. At the end of the day, Gerry let a man behind him in the closing seconds. They gained 50+ yards in one play.

Thank you Kenny Bell and thank you Bo Pelini. I have never, ever before wanted to see the Huskers lose a game. Never. But after your recent comments and cluelessness I find myself
