I remember they did it one year on NET and then they got worried about teams scouting. Oh boy. I have a feeling nothing will be on NET for a long long time. PEderson is mad because Kugler announces for them and Kugler doesn't always kiss Pederson's ass. He's also two-faced so that helps.. how's that? just because kugler doesn't pump sunshine like the guys on kfab have to? and he can be critical of the sports progams at times? he's a good broadcaster and he's intitled to his opinion.

Living in the past? They may have improved their record, but they weren't bringing in the talent to succeed. There are very, very few Husker fans still out there that are ignorant enough to still not see and believe this. Now it is VERY obvious that the ship is sailing in the right direction. We are probably going to have our best season this year since 2001. We have talent again like TO used to bring in. Players have bought into this system and are excited to be Huskers again. Our talent level never should have dipped to what it was 3 years ago. That's Barney's, Bo's, Frank's, Marvin's, etc..fault. farely speaking, those coaches never had a full recruiting season to prove there worth. life goes on

Well put Eric and keeps things in perspective. I agree that the comment he made was funny, and albeit true, it can only be used to make him look bad. It may sound cool now, but he may want to tread lightly till he at least wins the North. pretty bad when your coach publicly takes a shot at a 18 yr old kid.

I think that you underestimate the pressure that is part of that posistion. It can be very difficult for a true frosh. to come through.
