  1. Agreed. And people still think ESPN doesn't have it out for the Big Ten? They were trying to weaken the brand itself. Probably because y'all put you championship game on Fox. Because we started the Big Ten Network. This was long before we had a championship game.
  2. I'm still not sold on Ash's ability until he proves it at OSU, however: First hail mary, Abbrederis just had a bad jump on the ball. Ash has nothing to do with that play....plus Abbrederis wasn't a DB Second one wasn't a hail mary, and everyone (even Buckeye fans) thought Miller was going to run. No reason for the DBs to not try to stop a dynamic rusher like Miller, especially when you know he can run for a TD from that far back. I wouldn't put either of those plays on Ash.

  4. everyone's fair game until signing day.
  5. Or that they're even going to pick Ohio State. It just means they have an offer and haven't ruled out OSU yet.
  6. Please, I would just stop if I were you. I liked BK as a coach since he was at Cincinnati but he isn't close to being perfect. I'll gladly stop if the ridiculous analogies stop. It's like saying Lane Kiffin is just like Nick Saban because they both have championship rings. Well they both coach for Alabama too.

  8. So what is it then? What Bucky said summed it up pretty nicely. If he were the coach here, I would support him because he is the head coach of Nebraska. That wouldn't make me like him on a personal level though. So basically, I (personally) would like the success he would most likely bring but not him (personally). I felt the same way about Tressel when people said he should be the next coach. Edit- And me disliking him has nothing to do with tOSU. I disliked him when he was at Florida. But I want to know what makes you not like him. People say sleazy but the only thing I can recall that was remotely an NCAA violation, he kicked the player off the team (Cam Newton). Just asking what it is specifically. Meyer told Justin Tratou to lie to Notre Dame about still being committed. So no replacement could be found. I don't want that slimeball on campus regardless of titles. Guess you didn't want Tom Lemming and Brian Kelly on your staff either? I'm not going to deny there were underhanded recruiting tactics, but all schools do it.
  9. I found it funny that the training facilities in the pictures showed nice weight rooms, and the Arkansas one was just stationary bikes.
  10. Exactly. I can't think of a single coach that just bows down to Ohio State or Michigan. And if they do, they shouldn't be coaching. Pretty sure that's a figure of speech. In other words he isn't going to look at himself or his team as underdogs to either of those coaches and their teams regardless of how well known they may be. It's an attitude he carries himself and instills in his team. I think it's an amazing hire for PSU. That doesn't change my response. Any coach that doesn't think they can beat Ohio State or Michigan, shouldn't be coaching.
  11. But it was an SEC school so that's like beating any team not named Alabama.
  12. Seems like this happen a lot in Ohio. First Frank. And now this kid. What's up with you Ohio folks slipping stuff into drinks anyway? We will be the next state after Florida to have a FARK tag.

  14. As in he is allowed to play the first two games of the season
  15. He's not suing Ohio State. The lawsuit is only to get back playing time.

On the plus side, there's a chance the SEC could go 0-2 in BCS games. A FSU win would put the ACC at 2-0 in BCS bowls this season. That may match their total from the last 15 years. And if it means the SEC is 0-2, I'm more than ok with that.

  20. It's a flat floor with no drop off. What makes it unsafe? Everytime we see petteway get the ball, we are worried. He can make some plays but I call him 25 shot Terran because he tries to put the team on his shoulders and that's when disaster strikes. And addict was being sarcastic I think. I figured, but was just making sure. He seemed to hold his own though in the game. Unfortunately, one player isn't going to do it against OSU's defense.

Bradley Roby Noah Spence Christian Bryant The latter was the biggest loss of them all. He was the glue that kept the defense together.
  23. I'm hoping they won't overlook, but remember Michigan State is in 3 days.
