    Its tough watching the NFL. Good football at times, but I just don't get into it like the college games. Wouldn't mind seeing a Green Bay vs. Pittsburgh SB though.

    I cannot believe what I saw on that enitre final possession of Auburn. Oregon worked so hard to tie the game up in the final minutes and then they lose because of a lucky 30+ yard run where Dyer's knee just happened to not touch the ground.

      "Closer" means that they played better against the SEC tonight than Texas, Oklahoma, and Ohio State. Oregon met their potential, they played like they belonged, because they did, and they came up just short because sometimes that's the way it goes. If you can't respect that, then I feel sorry for you.

      Also, Auburn plays dirty, and they pay their players.

       

      Not to mention that in the last 5 years, Oregon came closer than anyone else to actually beating the SEC in the national title game. Closer than Texas, Oklahoma, and Ohio State.

      Ummm... Well, the fake punt worked, and the 2 point try ended up being the difference that allowed Oregon to tie the game late. The Oregon offense you're talking about still finished with 449 total yards, and Auburn won on a fluke run late.
