(excluding the Husker players, of course) Even ran into Taylor amidst the somewhat violent, shoulder to shoulder crowd. i told him to take care of biz. he smiled and nodded. :cowbell:

They still sell apparel with that logo. New era caps come to mind.... they may not be officially licensed but they distribute a ton of gear for all ncaa teams.

Omg @ those helmets. If you're going to change the uniforms, go all the way modern... don't change the classic generic n to a slightly less generic, half assed horrible block n. if they are going to change it then they have to integrate the cursive script.

How does student ticket validation work? Does the student need a name in advance?

I'm pretty sure the haymarket park lot is first come first serve. That's where we're always at. Never full but always lots of huskers fans.

Nobody can be mad at the BCS... They should be mad that we use it to determine a national champion. The BCS rankings are based on algorithms and equations, thus making them relevant. Ohio state is the number one team in the nation right? Well who they have played and beat doesn't put them over some other teams who have played and beat better teams. Is Ohio state the best team at this point? Probably. Have they proved it over other teams? No. At the end of the regular season we will look and see who is the best team and decide who is number one... because our human brains will determine who deserves it. The BCS will look at the numbers on a sheet of paper and determine.... the problem is that those numbers may not agree with the logical choice.

So you're saying there's a greater chance of injury in a tangential blow to the side of the head rather than a straight down blow that compresses the neck? Not buying that one at all. Yes, I am. But you just can't generate that much power with a down thrust.... maybe if he was standing above him on a ladder or something... then t would be way easier to cause serious injury. A downward fist thrust onto the top of a helmet is a little different than a blow to the face that could cause serious neck injury.

Looking at Bo's stats after a bye week, how good we are on the road (possibly better than at home?), my hunch that Bo and the team are taking the house cats very seriously, the fact that kstate is dead last in the B12 against the run, the fact that we would probably be one of the best rushing offenses in the B12 had we played a conference game yet.... I would say it's hard to jump on the "This game is going to be close" bandwagon. Just me. Plus, given how good our seconday is, that makes me think that we have some security against the pass and the Defense brothers have put in a lot of study time against the run in the past week. I'm looking for the O-Line to have a good game... we will need that to happen.
