  1. Saw this post on Youtube comments: "Graham Spanier came from Nebraska in 1995, in case anyone was wondering where he learned that football first mentality." Looked at user name: gohawkeyes529
  2. Osborne said that, but then he relented about a week later and said they might change.
  3. For clarification, you'd take Jonathan Cook no matter? or Dashon Hunt? Not trying to be a d*ck, just want your opinion. No totally my fault, I would take Jonathan Hunt no matter if all three of the top ones want N. For clarification, you'd take Jonathan Cook no matter? or Dashon Hunt? Not trying to be a d*ck, just want your opinion. I'm guessing Speed knows about some kid named Jonathan Hunt that is going to blow our minds. He's good like that. 5* waterboy
  4. I know you're joking but I do kind of see it that way.
  5. Joshua Dobbs moved up from 248 to 190. Devante Kincade moved up to 252 from 300+. (Kincade didn't even make the top 11) It doesn't really matter, but it's interesting to see the bias
  6. I +1 all of your pic updates, for what it's worth. Thanks, man. I live for the +1s, you know. Ok, I repped you. And you didn't even pay me this time. Can we be friends again?
  7. Check the batteries in your hearing aid (it's working fine for me)
  8. Some of the chuckleheads are no longer going to support PSU. NCAAs corrective measures are already working - FACT http://mbd.scout.com...=1395&t=9166693 I love how they're trying to vilify Rodney Erickson for taking the deal and not appealing. Don't the PSU fans realize that the last thing they need is the NCAA snooping around even further into this, especially if the quid pro quo slush-fund for silence rumors from Sandusky's Second Mile Organization are to be believed? Not to mention the fact that it would make them look like a-holes (I mean, more than they already do)
  9. Maybe you could point out where the stereotypes in the thread are. Let's start with the title. You apparently don't know what the word "stereotype" means. The title can easily be backed up by statistics and, more personally, the fact that my grandparents and over 25 1st and 2nd cousins are farmers. An example of a stereotype would be: "Why are farmers simple?" or "Why are farmers stupid?"
  10. We could start it now and just have a game every 10 days.
  11. We make fun of Martinez's left hand action but all of those QB's hands look hilarious when you see a still photograph
  12. The guy second from the right seems to have a man crush, and the guy on the far left is probably stoned. And the guy just to his right with his hat on backwards epitomizes my feelings on 'T-Magic'...lol maybe it's just the angle, but doesn't TM look like he is throwing off that back foot, STILL? There is no smiley for what I want to say to you right now.
  13. So if 30 or so kids leave (not an unrealistic number) in the next week or so, how do they field a team in 38 days with 50-something kids? Would they cancel this season? Next year say 20 graduate another 5-10 leave and only 15 scholarships to bring new kids on. That is only 40 something kids unless they get some walk-ons. Cancel 2013 season? I'm assuming they have more than enough walk-ons to have a team. It would just be a very crappy team. Even if they don't have that many walk-ons, I can see there being enough 18-22 year old semi-athletic guys attending Penn State who are willing to walk on now that they know they'd have a chance of being on the team.
  14. Dance? You mean the thing with the ball on his head? You apparently weren't paying attention if you don't remember him scaling the goal post and doing the moonwalk on the crossbar
  15. What a befuddling comment. You're saying people lose all sense of morality when they get old? Also... 62 and 65 are weird ages to pick. I'm guessing you don't know many people in their 60s or 70s if you think people suck at decisions when they're that young.
  16. Maybe you could point out where the stereotypes in the thread are.
  17. They would still have the facilities to give them an advantage over the bottom fourth of the conference. Whatever the penalties are, at the end of their implementation they're still going to have great facilities. with a bunch of walk ons. What are they going to do? IF those penalties are true they will essentially be out of the Big 10. Whos going to want to go there? I'm talking about after they're past the sanctions. Why does their being terrible for some years mean they can't stay in the Big 10? Why don't we kick out Minnesota and Indiana for the same reason?

  19. I think taking cues from soccer is always a bad idea. They should make the football team play soccer and the soccer team play football
  20. What a surprise it will be when he squeaks in there
  21. That would decimate the program, almost as bad as the death penalty. Nothing can be worse than cancelling football though, at least nothing I can think of, unless they were to impose sanctions like you mentioned for a longer period of time than they would with a death penalty sentence. That's why I don't get the rumors that they may hand out a penalty worse than what they gave SMU. I'm curious about how much it would cost to not have any home games. That would be insane to watch Boring too. I wonder if they would televise any of them after the 1st
