Did you read the article? No, voting for it 33 times doesn't make them a bad congress. It's one of the many things that contributes to them being a bad congress. Voting that many times on the same thing is a waste of time, no matter what the thing is. Of course they knew they didn't have enough votes. They were just doing it for show.

I was guessing they were microloading 'til I saw the video. They're way too big for that. I'm pretty sure it's just to make it look cool. Plus, I think football players think microloading is for pansies.

On a serious note, I'm in the same boat. You know how that makes me feel? It makes me feel like... I can't... find a good word to rhyme with note and boat. I just don't have the flow that Mr. Martin has. Anyhow, I don't have my monies yet either, but they charge the total cost for all summer classes in May, so I had to pay for them with my own money on June 12th. These players can't work (but maybe that's just in the fall and spring) and they don't all have good financial support from their parental units, so I can understand the frustration.

I'm bumping this now so the top two posts are the Uniform Extravaganza and Mascot video.

Isn't this just A&M's new uniform? I really doubt the Husker's one time look is going to be that small of a change. There would be no reason to even announce it if that were the case. What changed on the A&M uniform? Some patches/stripes on the arms and some funny looking socks as far as I can tell.

Or at least every time Eric Martin does something stupid how was his tweet stupid? i agree a twitter ban is probably a good idea, but a lazy journalist making a story out of a kid defending his team should not be the reason. I think he's talking about the million tweets about wanting more money

Agree. I was creeped out every time he was on screen. I've said it before... but what can we do to get rid of him? Last time we discussed popping him but I want a concrete and legal way to do it. Maybe we can accidentally fill him up with a much lighter gas so he just floats away. But then I suppose whoever's inside will die and I don't want to go to jail.

I understand that interrupting someone's dinner to taunt them is rude... but this made me laugh anyway, because the horrible thing that the fan said to them was "Go Big Red." In response to the Wisconsinite posts, no, Nebraska fans will not be assimilated or get used to it. We will remain the same and have every right to continue thinking that rude behavior is rude.
